Pleasant Holiday Home "La Rebiscole" built in the 1960s, on one level offering 120mÂČ of living space on its enclosed plot of 696mÂČ with a swimming pool. It offers a main house as well as an outbuilding, capable of accommodating 8/10 people, ideal for 2 families.
In the main house: you will find a tiled living room with Television + WIFI, an independent kitchen equipped with Gas with Refrigerator, hobs, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ... A Bedroom with a 140cm bed with parquet flooring and its private bathroom with washbasin, shower and window. A children's bedroom fitted with bunk beds 2 x 90cm and a single bed 90cm. A bathroom with double washbasins, WC, disabled-accessible shower and window.
In the annex, you have: an independent toilet, a bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm + 1 child bed 80 cm, a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, a second bedroom with 1 bed 140cm overlooking the garden. A cellar/laundry room with washing machine, 2nd fridge-freezer, storage.
On the outside: you will appreciate its beautiful tiled terrace with its electric awning, its heated swimming pool 8m x 3m, electric safety cover. Outside, you will find a shower and an independent toilet. Ping-Pong table, Barbecue. Electric gate.
