The villa is located in a dead end which optimizes the safety of your children.

We offer our house furnished with all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant holiday, a play area for young and old upstairs with its table football, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, American fridge, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, crazy, microwave), a cathedral lounge and 4 large bedrooms of 16m² and one of 12m², a bathroom and a toilet on each level of the house.
In addition, a large trampoline, a newly installed swing, an outdoor playhouse (chalk board, toy box, cubes, dolls, etc.)
The possibility of parking up to 5 vehicles on the property.

Ideal for holidays with family (s), friends, by the ocean and to enjoy the Landes coast, but also to discover the Arcachon basin, the pyla dune, cap ferret (sea shuttle), Bordeaux...

Conditions:
- Household linen is not provided
- final cleaning is taxable and in addition to 205 € carried out by a cleaning agency
- A rental risk insurance certificate is requested.
- An equipped seasonal rental contract is established.
- A deposit of € 1,500 is required upon arrival.

Access on foot in 5 minutes to the center of Biscarrosse beach (market, shops, entertainment) and to the central beach 5 min by bike, allow you to consider a vacation by the ocean without a car!
You are also 3.5 km from the lake with its fine sandy beaches, without any danger for children, 5 km from the 27-hole golf course in Biscarrosse, horse riding center, accrobranche Bisc'avanture. You are 20 minutes from the Pyla dune, and 30 minutes from Arcachon, sea crossing to Cap Ferret, Gujan Mestras theme parks (Aqualand, ladybug, kid park) ... and Bordeaux at 1 hour!
