In the heart of downtown Nashville, Moondance Vacation Rentals proudly presents The Wine View Room! Set above the Brown County Visitor Center, you'll be able to walk anywhere in the village in a matter of moments. It can accommodate two guests with a king bed and a full bathroom.

Please note that while you'll have complete privacy within your unit, the hallway is a shared space for other unit renters on the same floor.

While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

first time using Vrbo so somewhat ignorant of the process; had difficulty entering due to low battery on the keypad, but that was quickly remedied; a little smaller than expected but clean & comfortable; portable AC kept up w/ the extreme heat on the days we were there

Great Location

Perfect for short stay. Room was as advertised. No issues at all. Wish there was a bit more counter space in the bathroom but that was a very minor thing. Very comfortable bed and the location was great.

The room is the right size for 2 people. It is in a great location to be able to walk to all the shops. It is right next to a place for a wine tasting and food areas.

Weekend Getaway

This cute little flat was perfect for our weekend away. Great location and a very comfortable bed! Just what we needed! Only thing missing was a hair dryer. Will definitely be back!

Great location good for short stay

Great location, cute, but small and doesn’t have refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer. It’s great for short stay. The bed is stiff and they don’t wash outer blankets. Does have Netflix which was nice and air conditioner works well.

Nice getaway

All was pretty good. Clean room. Comfy bed. It was nice having the portable a/c unit as the room was stuffy upon arrival. The bathroom sink and mirror area was tiny and tight. And there needs to be more water pressure from the shower.

Everything was fantastic. The unit and the location. The only mishap was the lighting in the room. The bed, nightstand lamp did not work, and the track lighting on the ceiling was extremely dim and would not brighten up,

Quaint Little Place

My husband and I stayed two nights in this cozy space. The room was great for the amount of time we stayed. I wouldn’t recommend a weeks stay as it doesn’t have a fridge or microwave. I noticed in other reviews that parking was an issue. It wasn’t for us, but we weren’t there during the busy season. It would be nice to somehow have an assigned parking space. The one thing we really enjoyed was walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely book again for another short stay.

We did not enjoy the room and left one day early rather than stay in the room an additional night...here is a partial list of concerns...The shower has no holders on which to place soaps and razorsThe shower floor was slippery and should have a matThe towels were musty smelling and did not dry wellThe bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in...fine initially but a problem the longer one is in a sleeping positionThe heater was loudThe chairs were uncomfortable to sit onWe left early...and went to my daughter's place, which was much nicer.

Nice property

Nice, no frills, property. I wish there was a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. It had everything else we needed. The place was clean and location was perfect. I wish there was dedicated parking spots as it was challenging to find available street parking during the day. It would have been nice to have better coverings over the windows in the doors….white blinds with incomplete slats didn’t exactly feel super private. Overall, nice place.

I haven’t been this disappointed in a VRBO accommodation EVER. For 256.00 a night, all in, I would have expected better than an afterthought office space. There was nothing more in this room than a bed and a small bathroom. NONE of the typical basic amenities. No coffee maker, no microwave, no where to open your suitcase, no room in the bathroom to get ready…….Totally my fault for not researching deeper. The temperature wouldn’t regulate consistently. There was a floor unit AC/Heater, no control over the over all temp in the room from the vents. The noise in the hallway from neighboring kids running up and down the corridor, the noise of the elevator, street parking if you’re lucky and that’s not close, especially if you have stuff to pack up and down. I’ve rented in Nashville for years and never have I been this disappointed. I will not recommend this location or be back. I’m sure for some, this location is perfectly acceptable but for me, having spent close to 800 for much nicer places in Brown County……almost 800 here for 3 nights was absolutely ridiculous. I hate leaving a bad review but I wish someone had given me a thorough idea of what I was overpaying for

The spot is perfect for a short stay. You are close to everything. The room does have a few downfalls. There is no table big and sturdy enough to set a suit case on when opened up or just set things. The chair I tried to set in was so wobbly I was afraid it would collapse. The bathroom has NO counter space. I had set my items in the sink when getting ready. Then because there's no counter space I had to set my blow dryer and straightener in the sink, which is a safety hazard. And 2 adults trying to get ready doesn't work. There's no mirror or outlets in the bedroom, so someone can get ready there while someone else is in the bathroom. Lastly, the AC unit is loud. We ended up leaving a day early because we weren't getting a good nights sleep, that is more personal preference. Some people may not be bothered by it.

Don’t Stay At This Facility

The rooms are made of fake walls so light shine’s thru the ceiling. There are no amenities. You pay a cleaning fee yet you have to strip all the lines and take your trash to the dumpster. Very difficult to communicate with property management.

Good choice for a good night sleep and town access

Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just to keep some water and drinks cool. The blind did fall in the middle of the middle of the night, string broke, but I am sure the owners will repair that and. The door window blind. If your goi g to stay in the room all your stay, probably not the best convenience, but if you are wanting a good nights sleep and good shower and out on the town access.. great choice! ,

Good and Bad!

The property was clean and the communication with great! The parking was horrible! Be warned that there isn't any designated parking spots, which I find crazy! We drove around for at least 15 minutes trying to find any place to park. We ended up at the other end of town and had to pay $10. We were able to finally move closer around 7 that night. Another bad thing was the room was so hot! I don't know how anyone could stay there during the summer. There's no thermostat in the room to control just that room. We were told how to control it but even after we turned it down to 65 it was still hot! We were able to move rooms the next day, which was much better but also a pain to have to do. So there was good and bad. The location was great but I wouldn't book this room again.

Room was small and clean. Comes with a big bed, beautiful windows and AC/Heat and fan! The door is not sound proff but its a quiet area. Comes with the usual cleaning fees but you do all the work. Great location to walk all over town
