Beautiful home in Nieuwvliet-Bad

Enjoy the salty air, beautiful scenery and wonderful relaxation in the vacation home village of St. Pierre. This vacation home in Nieuwvliet-Bag is very close to the beautiful beach. Nieuwvliet-Bag has the widest sandy beach of Zeeland. At low tide there are many warm waterways for children to play in. Your vacation home bungalow is not far from sand dunes and from the park you walk over the dike to the nature reserve Zwarte Polder overlooking the sandy beach. The living room has a fireplace where you can warm up in winter after a walk on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bathrooms. In the vacation park you can find playground, bike rental, bakery and several restaurants. Visit the Zwin nature reserve between Cadzand-Bad and Retranchement. The historic city of Bruges nearby is certainly also worth a visit.

Das Ferienhaus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern der Website wirkt das Haus modern und großzügig. Das war vor Ort leider nicht der Fall. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Überall hingen dicke Spinnweben, fast das gesamte Geschirr im Schrank war dreckig und die Gläser schon ganz blind. Auf den Oberbetten waren Flecken, die nach Blutflecken aussahen. Der Duschkopf im unteren Bad ist so verpackt, dass das Wasser überall hinsprizt, aber nicht dahin wo es soll. Auch die Toilettenbürsten haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Eine Toilette bekommt man damit nicht wirklich sauber. Für den Mietpreis hat uns die Unterkunft leider sehr enttäuscht und wir können diese nicht weiterempfehlen!

Renovierungsstau

Die Wohnung macht einen verwohnten Eindruck. Alles funktioniert irgendwie, aber vieles müsste ersetzt und renoviert werden (Kühlschranktür hängt und zieht die Schublade darunter mit auf, die Drehknöpfe am Herd lassen sich nicht ablesen, die obere Dusche tröpfelt nur, etc). Insgesamt aber ok!

Familienurlaub am Meer

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder, 2 Hunde) hatten einen tollen gemeinsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was wichtig ist (babybett, hochstuhl, Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine und Trockner,...) und alles war funktionell. Leider war oben der Abfluss ziemlich dreckig und roch auch unangenehm und der Garten war nicht umzäunt (mit Kleinkindern und Hunden leider etwas kompliziert) . Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden. Preis/Leistung hat gestimmt und die Lage ist echt super toll.

Im oberen Bad lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab. Aus den Abflüssen stank es. In den Ecken überall nicht sauber. Lichtkabel mit Kordeln am Brett befestigt. Das ganze Objekt macht einen ungepflegten, nachlässigen Eindruck.

Das Haus ist zentral in Nieuwvliet gelegen und für 4 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und einen Hund gut geschnitten und aufgeteilt. Die Treppe in den ersten Stock ist recht steil, aber oben mit einem Gitter gesichert, das war dann in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr, Geräten und Kochutensilien ist super. Insgesamt war die Wohnung recht ordentlich, aber leider waren vom Vormieter noch viele Tierhaare im Wohnzimmer und im unteren Schlafzimmer zurückgeblieben. Das fanden wir für 70€ Endreiningungskosten nicht gut und haben es per Email reklamiert. Am nächsten Tag kam direkt die Antwort, dass wir die 70€ am Abreisetag zurückerstattet bekommen, was auch super geklappt hat. Was uns auch nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist, dass wir den Schlüssel in Biervliet (ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt) abholen mussten, zusammen mit der obligatorischen Bettwäsche für 7,50€ pro Satz (die sauber war, aber leider ziemlich nach Fritöse gerochen hat). Das alles war im ausgeschriebenen Angebot so nicht ersichtlich (entfernter Schlüssel-Abholort, obligatorische Bettwäsche). Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und auf unsere Reklamation wurde top reagiert. Die Gegend ist ja sowieso wunderschön.

Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. Proper.

Zeer goede ligging. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Maar ook vlak naast een groot grasveld waar we snel een balletje konden gooien met onze hond. Leuk huisje, proper en alles is aanwezig. Al die zelfgemaakte kunstwerkjes maken het ook heel huiselijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar :-)
