Spacious, newly renovated non-smoking house in a central, very quiet location on 2 floors (about 98 m²) in the south of Kassel with free Wi-Fi and free parking on the street.

In the spacious living and dining room, modern bathroom, a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms is enough space for 4 people and invites you to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, Spühlmaschiene, toaster)
Bedroom 1 with a 1,60x2,00m bed
Bedroom 2 with a 2,00x2, 00m bed (electrically adjustable slatted frame)
Dining and living room area are furnished with glass table and 4 chairs, 2 sideboards, real leather sofas, a large TV with cable connection, and a wide window front overlooking the green. All windows can be darkened with built-in blinds.

There is an own entrance to the house on the common property.
We live in the front house and are always available.
Free parking in the street.
We are happy to answer questions and provide tips about Kassel.

Please note: We have a hangover that moves freely on the property.

This two bedroom apartment was an excellent selection for a small family reunion! It was immaculately clean, modern and had all necessary amenities for cooking, dining and sleeping. It was definitely child friendly with spacious area for floor play. The living room furniture was also child friendly and comfortable. The living room looked out onto a gorgeous, well manicured garden. We hope to reserve the apartment for our next family visit.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr sauberes und komplett eingerichtetes Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im vorderen Haus, sind sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten alle Ausstellungspunkte der Dokumenta gut mit dem Rad erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Claudia

Documenta-Ferien

Netter und freundlicher Start mit Sekt und Obst. Nichts hat gefehlt, was üblicherweise zu einer Ferienwohnung gehört. Viel Platz. Kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn ins Zentrum (dann 10 Min. Fahrt - abends alle viertel Stunde Rückfahrt). Wir hatten zwei schöne Documenta-Wochen.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Meine Familie und ich sind nach 2,5 Jahren im Ausland nach Deutschland zurueckgekehrt und benoetigten eine Uebergangsbleibe bis wir eine neue Mietwohnung gefunden hatten. Von Tag 1 wurden wir empfangen und aufgenommen als seien wir Teil der Familie, Norbert und Heike sind sehr herzliche Leute, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, wenn gefragt, und wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefuehlt. Die Whg (das Haus) ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten auch eine sehr gut ausgestattete Kueche angetroffen und das alles ist schoen ordentlich und sauber. Der Garten, den wir mitbenutzen durften, ist schoen gross und bot auch in Corona Zeiten einen Ausgleich den wir benoetigten. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt bei großartigen Vermietern!

Grosszügige FeWo für eine Familie

Die FeWo bietet ausreichend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. 2. Schlafzimmer und in der Küche einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich lassen einen entspannt Wohnen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Es handelt sich um ein vollständig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Offentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls.
