About this property

150m² private family home with garden view, close to the center for 6 guests

We do not rent a sterile holiday home, but our high quality furnished privately owned 150m ² home on Erfurter Nordpark (10min to center): 50m ² open plan luxury kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, 60 "TV, rich games for boys between 4-12 in 20m ² Galeriebereich, shopping and public transport are in the immediate vicinity, but hardly necessary, as you in about 10-15 minutes on foot in the city. A swimming pool is about 500m away, directly in the Nordpark, where also several playgrounds can be found.
In the inner city one comes directly at the green band ... always at the Gera lang.
Please do not bring pets!
