In this beautiful vacation home, in the small village of Smrika, on the Crikvenica Riviera, you will enjoy your vacation in a quiet environment. The house is spacious and modern, from the large terrace there is a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands. On the spacious property there is an outdoor pool. In the village you have a store and a restaurant and for the nearby beach the owner gives tips. In Crikvenica there are plenty of opportunities for an active vacation. In addition, there are beautiful beaches, hiking trails, mountain trails, a go-kart track, a motorcycle track on the nearby Grobnik, Tribalj Lake as well as the Risnjak National Park. In the activity room you can perfect your skills on the billiards table and darts board.

Im großen und ganzen super!Wir hatten einen sehr schönen UrlaubEin paar kleine Punkte gibt es anzumerken:Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr steil - flache Autos sitzen aufDer Kühlschrank ist etwas altersschwach - aber funktioniert nochDas WLAN reicht nicht ins Zimmer neben dem Eingang

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Franka verbracht. Im Vorfeld haben wir die Kritiken gelesen und haben damit gerechnet, dass einiges abgenutzt oder beschädigt ist. Es gibt auch ein paar Dinge, die mal mehr oder weniger ins Gewicht fallen. Je länger man vor Ort ist, desto weniger wichtig sind diese Dinge jedoch. Zum Beispiel ist das Glas in einer Schlafzimmertür oben gesprungen und mit Panzerklebeband geklebt. Das ist wohl auf Durchzug zurückzuführen. Nachts muss man da wirklich aufpassen! Vor allem, da auf jeder Etage jeweils nur ein Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat und man nachts somit die Fenster gerne geöffnet hat.Auch ist die Markise und der Sonnenschirm nicht bei Wind zu benutzen. Und alle Auflagen müssen immer reingeholt werden. Der Neubau neben dem Pool hat uns nicht gestört. (Es war immer noch nur ein Rohbau ohne Bautätigkeit.) Der Ausblick vom Rest der Terrasse ist ungestört auf die Brücke nach Krk und Richtung Rijeka. Wir konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über der Bucht genießen.Der Pool wird alle 2-3 Tage kontrolliert und gereinigt.Die Einfahrt ist bei der ersten Ankunft etwas beängstigend, eng und sehr sehr steil! Es gibt auch keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten, man muss dort parken. Nach einiger Zeit in Kroatien merkt man jedoch, dass diese Bauart landestypisch ist. (Wer mit der Einfahrt nicht klar kommt, sollte nicht nach Kastav fahren)Die Schlüsselübergabe ist nach Anruf bei uns persönlich erfolgt.
