Nice house needs some maintenance

House is fine as the location. House needs some maintenance everything works and everything is there but some stuff is outdated. It did not bother us, because it fits the price.

Margarita review

The property was very clean and well-maintained, though it is an older building and could benefit from some updates. The main bathroom, in particular, needs a fresh coat of enamel on the bathtub. Very difficult to comunicate by phone with interhome that manages the property.

House situated in a lovely location with direct access to the Campo for Dog walks. However, upon arrival there was no fixing for the shower head, the electric hob had to be turned off on the Main board as it kept on coming on , despite being turned off. Overall the property felt tired and unloved. There were only 4 dining room chairs , but the house slept 6 .... The washing machine is in a dirty , messy little room under the house with no washing basket or anywhere to put things. All in all it was just sad to see that a property with so much potential is being operated like this.

Prettige en centraal gelegen accommodatie

Ons verblijf in Casa Margarita was prima. Het huis is gedateerd, maar alles functioneert. De bedden zijn prima, er is voldoende ruimte, alleen de inrichting zou iets praktischer en smaakvoller kunnen. Keuken is prima uitgerust, afzuigkap en licht boven de kookplaat ontbreekt, dat is dan weer jammer. De buitenruimte is prettig en ruim. Heel geschikt voor met een hond, achter het huis is een goed uitlaatgebied waar de hond los kan lopen. Ligging is uitstekend, in 10 tot 15 minuten in centrum Jávea of strand.

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, der Pool ist für Familien ideal und es war alles da, was man braucht. Einzig die Dusche im kleineren Bad ist etwas heikel. Aber sonst top!

Prima vakantiehuis met wat gebreken

Het huis is netjes opgeknapt, prima kamers met goede meubelen, prima bedden, mooie grote tuin en fijn zwembad. Het sanitair laat te wensen over. De douches zijn zeer matig. De keuken is ruim en goed uitgerust met apparaten, het aanrechtblad is op een aantal plaatsen gebroken. De koelkast was defect waardoor al het voedsel bevroor. Gelukkig staat er in de kamer een dubbeldeurs koelkast die het overigens prima doet. De wasautomaat is van uitstekende kwaliteit. Huis was zeer schoon.

Het is een prima vakantiehuis. Een aanrader zou zijn op de 3e slaapkamer ook een plafondventilator en wat meer keukengerei zoals een soeplepel, wat meer kleinere pannen. De magnetron deed het niet meer en de volgende dag stond er al een nieuwe. Ook een leuk contact gehad met een aantal buurtbewoners. Dit vakantiehuis hebben we daarom ook voor volgend jaar geboekt. Aanrader.

Des choses à revoir vraiment

Manque de matériels pour pouvoir faire le ménage lors du séjour. A notre arrivée la piscine avait la crasse jaune de la crème solaire des précédents locataires sur les bords ce qui n'est pas agréable de devoir le nettoyer soit même. Présence de beaucoup de parfums d'intérieur dans les placards des chambres désagréable car ordeur beaucoup trop forte et malgré cela une odeur prononcé de tabac froid. Énormément de poussière sur les ventilateurs des plafond des chambres pas hygiénique du tout.

Estancia tranquila

El chalet está muy completo y muy bien orientado.La única pega es que de las dos neveras que había no funcionaba bien ninguna de las dos.Estaría bien invertir en una buena nevera.Nosotros tuvimos que tirar comida.

Muy bonita y amplia

Una villa muy bonita y amplia, ideal para descansar unas vacaciones. La piscina preciosa. Lo malo es que la señal de la tv y wifi no iba y el horno tampoco. No hay contenedores de basura cerca, hay que ir en coche 6 min. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Mejorable

La agencia de 10, como siempre! Las instalaciones a falta de un repaso de pintura, la lavadora situada en pequeño sótano-trastero con techo muy bajo muy sucio con arañas y demás bichos. Nos quedamos sin gas y el personal de agencia acudió inmediatamente. La limpieza esta vez no estuvo a la altura, habían pelos de perro (o gato) por todos sitios. No hay contenedores en la urbanización, hay que coger el coche para llevar la basura a un punto de recogida. Zona tranquila ideal para descansar.

In rustige buurt gelegen ,uitnodigend huis met alle comfort. Geen gedoe met trappen. Komen zeker terug.
