Magnificent 80 m² ground-floor apartment with a large landscaped garden. Located in a residential neighborhood, it is ideal for those seeking tranquility without giving up convenience. In less than a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette with its beaches and boutiques, the Old Port just steps away with its restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as the picturesque Suquet and its famous Forville Market. The train station is about a 5-minute walk away. Everything is within easy reach, perfect for both leisure and business stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
