The vast, naturally lit living room opens fully onto a spectacular seaside terrace—the ideal spot to relax, read, or watch the sunset to the rhythm of the waves. Adjacent, you’ll find a chef-worthy open kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances for preparing convivial feasts, alongside a spacious dining room with ocean views. A cozy, independent TV lounge completes these living spaces, perfect for casual gatherings.

Villa Océans has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure rest and privacy for every guest, with exceptional finishes and 5 modern bathrooms featuring noble materials.

The Majestic Suite: A parental double bedroom with a spectacular ocean view, for falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
4 Beautiful Double Bedrooms: Elegantly decorated and equipped with luxurious bedding.
The Dormitory: A spacious area with 6 single beds, the perfect hideaway for children or teenagers.
The Games Room: In addition to its leisure equipment, this playful space can also serve as extra sleeping quarters (it is equipped with 2 sofa beds).

A PRIVATE WELLNESS AND RELAXATION SPACE

The villa offers the facilities of a true private luxury hotel. Inside, enjoy a complete wellness area with a relaxing Jacuzzi, a traditional sauna, and a hammam/shower cabin. Outside, a magnificent heated pool (6m x 3m, depth 1.60m) awaits you from May to September (weather permitting) for unforgettable swims in the sea air.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

To ensure hotel-quality standards and full transparency, linen and optional services are managed directly by our concierge, “Les Clefs de l’Océan,” after your booking.

Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):

Linen and Household Package (Mandatory): 25 euros per person. This package provides superior quality linen (sheets, bath and hand towels) and ensures your beds are made upon arrival.
End-of-Stay Cleaning: Included in your reservation rate.

Comfort Options (Upon Request):

Early arrival (subject to availability): 500 euros.
Late departure (subject to availability): 500 euros.
Additional cleaning during your stay: 39 euros per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg): 15 euros per pet per stay.

Security deposit: A 4,000 euros security deposit will be required before your arrival. This is processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card (the amount is not debited from your account)

Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange payment of mandatory fees and offer our tailor-made services (private chef, bike rental, massages, etc.).

EVENTS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RESPECT

To preserve the tranquility of this prestigious residential area, undeclared parties and outdoor noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

However, the villa’s superb spaces are perfect for private events (weddings, intimate receptions, seminars)! Hosting events is possible only upon prior request and is subject to specific organizational conditions (particularly regarding the rental of the independent reception room and its terrace on level -1).
