Holiday Room II:
Our room is located on the first floor and is about 30 square meters. It has a small entrance hall with dining table for two persons, a comfortable, mediteran furnished living room and bedroom with a two-meter-wide bed and a small kitchen line, as well as a very nice, larger bathroom with bathtub, WC and hairdryer.

The Hansestadt Stralsund is located in the middle of the island paradise of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommerschen Boddenküste. Our holiday rooms are centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the town center. There is also a direct bus connection. The house was modernized in 2009. Parking spaces are available in the side streets. There is also a lockable bicycle storage for our guests. The nearest shops (net market and plus market) are 3 minutes away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Insgesamt in Ordnung, einige Mängel gibt es allerdings doch. Leider hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Wohnung nicht abgedunkelt werden kann, man also von der Morgensonne geweckt wird. Zu Irritationen hat auch das WLAN geführt, dessen Zugangsdaten nicht wie beabsichtigt in einer Mappe mit sämtlichen wichtigen Informationen lagen, sondern irgendwo an einem anderen Ort in der Wohnung - vermutlich von einem vorherigen Mieter dort platziert. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche sollte drigend geprüft werden - zum einen ist der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig, was an sich unproblematisch ist. Zum anderen war das Wasser dort schmutzig. Nachdem wir den Filter ausgebaut und in Essig gebadet hatten, wurde es besser, zufriedenstellend war es aber auch danach nicht. Insgesamt war der Eindruck okay, ob wir diese Unterkunft noch einmal wählen würden, können wir an der Steller aber nicht sagen.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den vorgegebenen Bewertungen. Das Mobiliar, Badezimmer und der allgemeine Zustand ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig, anders ausgedrückt, in die Jahre gekommen, mit starken Abnutzungserscheinungen. Spinnengewebe und tote Insekten an den Wänden tragen nicht wirklich dazu bei, sich Wohl zufühlen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr Auffrischungsbedürftig. Einfache Artikel,wie z.B. Salz-und Pfefferstreuer gehören einfach mit zu einer Grundausstattung, die Gläser wild zusammen gestückelt. Das Badezimmer war leider auch sehr enttäuschend, die Toilettenspülung klemmte,die Fußbodenfliesen waren gebrochen, Sichtschutz nur bei runtergelassenem Rolle. Die Matratzen durchgelegen und eindeutig zu wenig Steckdosen. Positiv ist die Lage und das ein gesicherter Fahrradkeller vorhanden war. Schade, wir hatten uns sehr auf die Urlaubstage in Stralsund gefreut.

Wunderschöner Strandurlaub

Das Ferienzimmer ist schön eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Der Strand und die Innenstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zudem gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und bei Fragen für einen da. Ich werde die Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

Schlechte Hygiene

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war ok aber die Sauberkeit ging garnicht. Die Küchenschränke klebten vom Fett der Boden sah aus wie nicht gewischt und ich hatte fremde Haare auf dem Laken. Die Putzfirma würde ich kündigen wenn Sie in dem Zustand die Wohnung übergeben. Stralsund ist eine schöne Stadt und immer wieder einen Besuch wert aber von der Ferienwohnung würde ich Abstand nehmen.

Zentrale Lage und Küche

Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht riesig, aber genau richtig, sehr schön und gut ausgestattet (Wir konnten recht bequem jeden Abend zusammen Kochen, was mir besonders gut gefallen hat). Durch die Lage konnten wir mehr oder weniger alles innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Stralsund (Zoo ausgenommen) zu Fuß erreichen. Dadurch mussten wir unser Auto innerhalb von Stralsund zum Glück nicht nutzen. Also alles in allem war die FeWo für unsere Ansprüche perfekt.

Fewo Stralsund

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geeignet für 1 bis 2 Personen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber wer gerne läuft oder Rad fährt den dürfte dies nicht stören. Wer mit der Bahn anreist sollte evtl den Bus nehmen da eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch eingerechnet werden muss. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat stets für einen Plausch Zeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, was ich als sehr positiv empfand. Alles in allem hatte ich einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt dort.
