Semi-detached house "Achterblick 2", built in 2015. 400 m from the centre of Altefähr, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Stralsund, 15 km from the centre of Bergen auf Rügen, 500 m from the sea, south-west facing position. Private: property 200 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fish-processing table. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Bahnhof Altefähr" 2.3 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Nearby attractions: historische Altstadt von Stralsund 5 km.
3-room semi-detached house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Ferienhaus in Altefähr

Das Haus hatte alles was man brauchte, war sauber und die Übergabe und Abnahme verlief problemlos. Schön wäre noch ein Kinderschutz für die Treppe gewesen sowie ein Zaun, so dass die Kinder sicher spielen können. Viele reisen dort mit Hund an. Eine Sauna im Haus war noch ein schöner Bonus. Von Altefähr kam man problemlos überall hin. Der Blick nach Stralsund war nett anzusehen. Außerdem gibt es am Strand einen schönen Spielplatz. Den Strand an sich fanden wir nicht so schön und waren daher dort nicht baden. Die Attraktionen der Insel haben wir sehr genossen und wir hatten sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter.

Das Ferienhaus ist relativ neu und sehr gut nutzbar. Es liegt in einem Ferienpark in Altefähr, gegenüber von Stralsund am Tor nach Rügen. Es eignet sich gut als Basis für Ausflüge mit Kfz, Fahrrad, Schiff, zu Fuß.

Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Das Ferienhaus ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Ob die Nähe zu Stralsund (erreichbar mit Personenfähre oder Bus) oder die Anbindung an den Ostseefahrradweg und auch die Schnellstrasse nach Rügen hinein, man kommt überall hin. Die Abendsonne über Stralsund ist vom kleinen Strand aus ein Traum. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist relativ neu und entsprechend in gutem Zustand, auch dieses Objekt. Wir haben die fast 3 Wochen genossen.

Eine sehr gute Ferienanlagen nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Häuser sind relativ neue und sind sehr sauber gehalten und verfügen über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die kleine Sauna kann auch mit kleinen Kindern benutzt werden.

Es ist alles vorhanden und der Strandkorb in Binz ist eine schöne Zugabe. Nur die Vorgabe, daß man keine Streamingdienste nutzen darf, da sonst das Internet gedrosselt wird, ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Schöne ruhige Lage, direkt an einem Rundweg gelegen! Hafen und Strand in Altefähr in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nach Stralsund kann man bequem mit der Fähre übersetzen. Das Highlight war der Strandkorb in Binz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in Bergen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Selbst Wäscheständer und -klammern. Blueray-Spieler, Filme und Bücher ebenfalls. Schön wäre eine zweite Toilette gewesen. Die Energiekosten hielten sich in Grenzen.
