Walk or drive down to the beaches (Penfield Beach is 1 mile away!)
2 bedrooms upstairs with separate full bath. Master with queen bed. Kids bedroom with two twin beds.
Main level has kitchen with eat in dining, open to the living room.
Playroom off the living room (toys for toddlers - 8 years old)

Fenced in backyard with grill, fire pit and kid toys
The house has gates installed on stairs (if you have young children!).
