Spacious 130m² cottage with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 7, in a quiet rural setting with a private enclosed 100m² garden, surrounded by a 2-hectare wooded park with natural ponds perfect for walks. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms sleeping 5 with a shared bathroom (one king-size bed, one double bed, and one single bed) and one bedroom sleeping 2 (two single beds) with a private bathroom. Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room. Hiking trails start right next to the cottage. 10 minutes from Louhans, 30 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône and Lons-le-Saunier, 40 minutes from the Jura waterfalls, 1 hour from Dijon and 1 hour 30 minutes from Lyon. You can enjoy delicious dinners in a spacious living room with its stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare tasty meals and enjoy breakfast in its dining area. You can relax in a hammock, lounge on a deck chair or stroll in the park in the shade of the oak trees.
