This unique place has a style all its own. A cozy adobe 2-bedroom apartment with office in the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. Newly renovated historic adobe apartment that was built in 1800 has approximately 1,020 square feet of inside space and is guaranteed to be loved by all that see it.

The space
This cozy adobe 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. The area offers a variety of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a Friday & Sunday farmer’s market. Perfect for couples, adventurers, friends, family and business travelers and offers the comforts you need inside and out. The small quiet complex offers a picnic area with picnic table and charcoal grill as well as an onsite laundromat.
This newly renovated historic adobe apartment that was built in 1800 has approximately 1,020 square feet of inside space. Talevera tile in bathrooms with bath shower combo in hall bathroom and an over-sized walk-in shower in the master bath. The master bedroom offers a comfortable space to retire to in the evenings with nice linens and a queen-sized bed. Guest bedroom is just as cozy and welcoming with a full-sized bed. The living room offers comfortable seating which includes a plush couch, chair and 4 bar stools. This unit also includes an office with futon and desk, perfect for working on your laptop or other projects. Relax in comfort with central cooling & heating. In the fully remodeled kitchen there are new appliances, plenty of dishes, and pans to cook up anything your heart desires.
This home offers secure WiFi. The living room has a mounted new flat screen smart TV. Using your login information, the smart TV can be used to stream television shows and movies from a variety of apps, like Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and Hulu (among others).
Guest access
Guests will have easy access to the apartment via a coded lock. The code will be provided day of check-in. There is parking right in front of unit.

I try to stay here whenever we have family events. This is our "go-to" spot. Walking distance to Old Town Mesilla Plaza. Comfortable and clean. Very safe area.

Cute little place for the 3 of us. Good beds and showers. Very comfortable stay! A bonus was the short walking distance to old Mesilla square.

It was comfortable. Didnt like not able to set the AC lower than 72 while beeing there. There was a few hot nights and makes it hard to sleep. And chances are if i have a choice i will. It be checking in again with the background portion.I did enjoy the place. Very nice comfy place and it was quit.

This location was walking distance from shops and a cute breakfast place. The owner communicated well and I would gladly stay here again! The bed in the smaller bedroom was harder so it depends on whatbyou like/need. Great for kids.

Awesome Small Adobe

This was such a cute, comfy, clean place! Location was perfect. Walked to church and Mesilla Plaza several times. Really nice walking path for exercise just to the east along the canal. Perfect for 2 or 3 people I would say. Seemed newly remodeled and whoever did it did an excellent job!

Mesilla in March

We stayed at the property from March 3rd to March 31st. Check-in was fast and simple; check out was the same. The apartment was as advertised, although we didn't realize there were other apartments across the parking lot from us. The apartment was fairly well furnished, although since we cook many of our own meals, the utensils for cooking/baking were modest, to say the least. The appliances looked brand new - the oven looked like it had never been used. The only drawback was there was nowhere to sit outside - the described picnic area was not inviting, so we sat outside in the parking lot in our bag chairs. The apartment was a good value for the price - within walking distance to Old Mesilla, several restaurants, a brewery and a distillery.

Lovely place a block from the Mesilla Plaza

The property is in a small apartment complex. Typical Mesilla adobe with a slump block facade, very local flavor. The inside is charming, well appointed, high quality finishes, spotless and comfortable. We noticed the high quality tile work, nice, high quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures, solid wood doors and beautiful adobe exterior walls. All newly done. It is exactly as pictured. Just the right size for two adult couples, although the second bedroom is just a double bed, so you better like to cuddle. The third room was a great office with perfect high speed internet, as two of us had to check in with work a couple of times and had a perfect, private room and desk to do so. Our host, Melissa was immediately and consistently responsive, and we didn't have a single glitch in the visit, even extending our stay a couple of days. A short, five minute walk to the Mesilla Plaza makes it a lovely place from which to center our stay for a little family reunion. Thanks again!

Great location

This cute adobe apartment was in the perfect location. Just a quick walk to Mesilla Plaza and near lots of restaurants. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for me, my husband and my sister. The room set up as an office was great for storing suitcases, boxes and ice chests. There are so many electrical outlets you'll never worry about where to plug in your electronics. We loved that there was parking right outside our front door. Melissa, the manager was easy to reach and responded quickly.For our needs there were a couple of problems. The kitchen dishes and cookware were underwhelming. The only glassware were very large plastic glasses that had aged and clouded. A quick trip to a thrift store allowed us to have some actual glassware for the weekend. The other issue we had were with the beds. Both beds are full size, not queen size beds and the mattresses were very hard. The night stands in the primary bedroom were too small for a glass of water and a cell phone. We had to do some furniture re arranging. The hot water in the second bathroom sink would only trickle.With a few minor changes this could have been the perfect place.

Pleasant stay!

My sister and I were in town to spend Thanksgiving with our elderly mother. This was a perfect spot for us! The location was convenient for our needs. Front door parking was a pleasant surprise. Excellent kitchen was quite helpful for food prep and storage. Melissa was professional and responsive. Many thanks for a most pleasant stay.

2nd Time Staying Here!

We came out in March for a family funeral. This time we came down to visit family during Labor Day weekend. We loved our stay back in March, that when we decided to come down for Labor Day we knew we wanted to stay here again! Wonder little property. Super clean and so convienient to Old Mesilla Plaza. Highly recommend!

Nicely Renovated

The adobe complex was nicely renovated with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The tile work was beautiful. The size was perfect for 3 and the location was quiet. Our only issue was minor with black ants in the kitchen along the wall into the living space. I contacted Melissa and she was efficient with her response in helping to resolve the issue. She had pest control over right away. Overall, our stay was pleasant and would stay again.

Newbies to Las Cruces

Our home was too small, so this property was perfect, close, and comfortable and close to everything. It was clearly renovated completely, with even a walk-in shower, and a great kitchen. Also, as it was adobe, it was also sound proof, and terrific walking distance to Mesilla Plaza Square, with the best coffee shop in town. We had a perfect three days.
