Located on one of the best streets in the Hollywood Hills this home has easy access to Universal Studios (10 min) Hollywood Sign (5min), hiking, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, studios & freeways.

Note: This unit is the lower unit of the house. It fully private and comes with its own entrance. The house is a duplex. There are no shared spaces.
