The house is charming, comfortable and well-equipped with beautiful views. Nina is a proactive and attentive host. It’s conveniently located although you’ll need to drive even to nearby locations as there are no sidewalks.It has a relaxing vibe but you can hear plenty of traffic from Laurel Drive below. The bedrooms can get pretty hot when the sun is strong.

Great location close to all the attractions. Love the mid century home. Enjoyed being up on a hill being surrounded by nature. A lot of traffic noise from the street below but was worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Hollywood Hills Get-Away

Fabulous weekend in the Hollywood Hills in this classic mid-century home. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the property and wonderful views. Great location, easy commute to the city or the beach. Host was very attentive, easy to work with and checked in on us. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, and Nina was very accommodating. We had a few questions when we arrived, and Nina responded immediately with answers and a willingness to make things comfortable for us. We were in LA to celebrate my son’s graduation from UCLA grad school, and the house and Nina helped make our trip and the celebration perfect.

Thanksgiving in Los Angeles

We spent Thanksgiving 2024 at the property and it was perfect for us. We have family that lives very close, so location was perfect. The pictures in the listing don’t really do the house justice. There are great large sliding doors that let a lot of light into the house. We did not do a lot of cooking on our trip, but the kitchen appears to be well supplied. The bathrooms are great with good water pressure and abundant hot water. I am sure that we will stay here on future trips to Los Angeles.

1 day ago Nina’s home made our stay in Hollywood, feel like we got to experience a bit of what the Hollywood elite live like! What a marvelous scenic ultra cool house nestled in the famous Laurel canyon. So scenic and comfortable, even very quiet! Minutes from the Laurel Canyon Country store, and all the coolest people who lived and hung out there in the 60’s. A few minutes off Hollywood blvd but it seemed like we were so much farther away from the city. I will not stay anywhere else but this wonderful home in my future visits to LA
