Tranquil, bright, airy Hollywood Hills home with outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, deck and views. Patio with BBQ. Plenty of parking. The home is located up Nichols Canyon but a 5 min drive down the hill to Hollywood Blvd. A short walk from the doorstep to Runyon Canyon hiking trails.

**NO PARTIES**

PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO BOOKING: this home can not accommodate parties or events of any kind due to strict parking and noise ordinances in the neighborhood.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in or outside of the home. High risk fire zone.

Security cameras are located outside of the home and guests in violation will be evicted without refund.

*Most of the year the sun heats the pool during the day but in the Winter months it can be cold. Please note it is $45 extra per day to heat the pool. Jacuzzi time (heating and jets) is limited to 3 hours per day*

Early check in/late check out available for $100/hour.

Amazing house!

Stayed here with my family for four nights. This house is just incredible. The pool area was perfect and the house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It is 5 minutes to the middle of West Hollywood but it feels like you are in another world. I can’t recommend this house enough.

A Christmas getaway from the rain in the PNW

Stunning home with spectacular views. We heated the pool and it was more than comfortable enough to swim in during December. Nica and Michael were super responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property

This place is just flat out amazing . The views , the tranquility of being perched amongst the clouds in the famous Hollywood hills … o and then there’s the actual incredible house . From the pool to the outdoor fire pit , master bedroom and shower , you just can’t beat this property !

Incredible stay in Hollywood Hills

My husband and our 3 kids stayed at this property and it was absolutely incredible! The photos don’t do it justice. The house was recently renovated and it has one of the most beautiful patio/BBQ areas as well as pool we have ever seen. The location can’t be beat and it’s also very quiet at night. Just the perfect house. Property manager was also top notch - very friendly and knowledgeable. Best rental we have ever stayed in: 10/10!

Great modern house in a fantastic location

We stayed in the house with our family of four for one week. We had a great time. Handover organized perfectly. With pool, BBQ outside and a lot of space, this is a perfect location to relax and use it for day trips in the LA area. Obviously, the neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills is outstanding. And very convenient - only 10 minutes commute for shopping, dinner and the Hollywood tourist attractions.

Astonishing views!

Where do I start with my first ABNB review? This was the best place we have stayed in when we were in California. We arrived from the UK with two young children and stayed for 10 nights . We were blown away by the cleanliness of this place. It was immaculate, just how we like it and felt just like home. The views were to die for and photos definitely do not do this place justice. The house was extremely well equipped and had everything you could think of for a long stay. The very friendly host met us and showed us around and responded via text almost immediately to all queries. We asked for the pool to be heated and this was ready for our arrival. What a memorable stay and we have made some special memories which we will cherish as a family forever. We will definitely look to return next summer if available! Thanks Michael and Nica!

Exceeded our expectations

This property is an 11! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The host, Michael met us at the house to show us around, and answer any questions. I was travelling with my three adult children. From the minute we entered through the gate, we knew we were in a special place. The house was spotless, and very well stocked with everything and anything we needed. It also had many thoughtful touches like a basket full of blankets for chilly nights on the spectacular deck. The views of the canyon are breathtaking, from every window, and deck. The front outdoor space was very welcoming each time we entered, perfect for dining al fresco. Coming home at the end of our busy days to watch the sunset from the hot tub was really awesome. I could go on and on about how great the host was, and how much we loved this place. We had a very hard time leaving it behind. Will absolutely be back, and would not want to stay anywhere else. We look so forward to returning. Thank you Michael for sharing your beautiful home with us

Family of 5 - kids ages 15, 9, 7. Great location for seeing sights in Hollywood and going to Universal studios with kids. Spent one afternoon using the pool - fantastic views. Enjoyed the hike described in the property guide - great views of city & hollywood sign. Tip: use Pinkdot to have groceries/booze delivered super fast.
