Kelly and her husband do an amazing job to ensure the guests have a great experience. The house has a nice coffee machine which we enjoyed along with all the things that you would get at a hotel (fresh towels, shampoo, etc). We loved it and my family really enjoyed the view of LA from the house!

The house was such a well done use of space with a great view upstairs. The hot tub was easy to use and a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the night. The bedrooms were private, each with their own bath and the location could not be better. Kelly was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

There are so many fantastic things about this house, it’s hard to know where start!Incredible location- we walked to the Hollywood Bowl, Runyon Canyon, Hollywood and Sunset Blvd, Madame Tussaud’s, the Walk of Fame and great restaurants! Other locales were easy Uber rides away.The views! Wonderful city and mountain views from the kitchen, bedrooms, and roof top deck.The space- very comfortable for 6-8 adults. Wonderful mattresses and linens. Bathrooms are renovated and luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. Fabulous outdoor space for gathering.The decor! We LOVED the Hollywood-centric, eclectic, glamorous style with a wonderful mix of velvet, florals, bling, animal print, colorful rugs and whimsical art.Everyone loved it! It has set a new bar for VRBOs! Also super easy to communicate with responsive owners! Five stars!

Awesome location in the Hollywood Hills with amazing views, private parking garage right next to the living room that makes it easier to bring in your groceries, excellent communication with the host, great decorations throughout the house, and a jacuzzi with pretty city views. Truly a house you do not want to leave, and my family and I will be happy to stay there again in the future!

The house was amazing! Kelly met us at the property to introduce herself and walk us through everything. The house was cozy and had everything you needed! We loved being able to pull our car right into the garage for parking. The upstairs outside loft was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the lounge chairs definitely amplified the coziness of it all. Downstairs outside the hot tub was already heated and ready for use! It was amazing to be able to wind down and relax after a nice long day of touring. The house is beautiful, comfortable and we will definitely be back!!

Just a very relaxing getaway for a family meet up. Walking distance to Hollywood Bowl. Clean modern and very nicely executed …5 year old concrete construction. Decks off all bedrooms with nice long views over the sunset blvd area of Hollywood. Miele automatic coffee maker …”bean to cup” felt like a treat! Hot tub was warmed up and ready, materials and finishing were high end. The stay felt luxurious! Recommend to anyone wanting a little pampering:)

There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for our family of five. The inside temperature was very comfortable and the hot tub temp was as well. We loved the view from all rooms, but we especially enjoyed the rooftop. The coffee machine was amazing. We do not have any complaints are are very thankful for such a wonderful experience.

We loved staying here! The property was modern, stylish and had plenty of room for our family. It had amazing views from the balconies and especially from the roof. We were centrally located to all of the great activities, shopping, and restaurants in Hollywood. If you are looking for a place to stay to truly get the LA experience, look no further!

Great place to stay all around!Host was excellent. Met us on arrival and showed us around the property. The property is well stocked and is in a cool neighborhood that to me looked like a village you would find in Italy or other parts of Europe. It sits on a hill and you have a great vantage point looking out. If you have a car, its a bit tricky to navigate the garage, given it is on a narrow street, but the property is well worth it for it's comforts as well as location to all things Hollywood and nearby areas. Since it sits on a hillside, you will have to decide if you walk down or drive down to nearby activities, since if you walk down you will have to walk up!The property is really close to the Hollywood Bowl, you could easily walk it, but again you would need to be prepared to walk back up, which for us was not a problem.This property was centrally located to all the things we did and most things were a 30 minute drive or less, and that is saying something in LA! The things we did were as follows with the drive times in brackets:Dodgers game (15-20 Min)Griffith Park (10-15 Min)Hike up to Hollywood Sign (10-15 Min)Hollywood Bowl (2 Min)Beverly Hills (20 - 25 Min)Santa Monica (30 Min)Hollywood walk of fame (5 Min)This is a great property in an excellent location!

We had a great visit! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils...enough to host a Thanksgiving dinner. It's a beautiful house with lovely outdoor areas!

Beautiful place in the Hills! Great location and close to so many things to do. Beds were great--we slept so well our 3 nights here. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. Kelly was super inviting and responsive.

This experience was amazing. The host had generous hospitality by showing us around at first and ensuring our comfortability. The house itself was beautiful with fashionable furniture, luxurious beds, and a stellar view of LA. Other bonuses included multiple decks, coffee maker, and hot tub.
