Cozy and in a great location

An ideal apartment for tourist or business stays. It features a desk, a new and very comfortable double bed, a small wardrobe, a separate bathroom with a shower cubicle, ample storage, a clothes drying rack, an Electrolux washing machine, a towel warmer, a separate toilet, and a glass partition between the bedroom and living room. The apartment is a corner unit overlooking a private courtyard, allowing plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, and all necessary cooking utensils. There is also a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television with fiber optic internet. The apartment is 5 minutes from the tram and in the very center of town. It is very quiet and located on a small square. Easy parking, bike rentals right outside, and the train station is 15 minutes away. The apartment has been completely renovated and is fully equipped. A mini-market and restaurant are 1 minute away. Concierge service or self check-in are available.
