Beautiful villa Anja with heated pool in Makarska, above the town in quiet location, with three bedrooms. This newly built villa, semi-detached house with sea view is located in a quiet slope above the town Makarska. The rooms are spread over two floors. There are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, each room is equipped with TV / SAT. The spacious living area with open kitchen, nice terrace with heated pool and sea view, sunbathing, an outdoor shower and grill place. All rooms are air-conditioned, TV / SAT and internet connection, WiFi. After a day trip, you can enjoy the relaxation on the couch. There is a modern wall-mounted smart TV with satellite channels in the evening.-TV connection. At the dining table, which offers enough space for common meals, you enter the open cooking area. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances for a comfortable self-service, including stove, microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable furnishing of the villa includes the wireless Internet access via WiFi, as well as air conditioning. A quiet slope above the town surrounded by many olive trees, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is a semi-detached house that offers the full privacy. Lovely location & perfect Villa

2nd time we have stayed at Villa Anja and it was just as good as we remembered. A bit out of the centre but the location was perfect for us with just a short taxi ride in on an evening. Facilities at the Villa were everything you would expect from a decent quality accommodation and we are looking forward to staying here again soon

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Wir haben hier zu fünft mit Hund wunderschöne zwei Wochen im Juli 2025 verbracht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben wunderschön. Große helle Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein großzügiger Wohn Essbereich. Auch den Außenbereich mit tollem Pool und großer Liegefläche sowie schattigem Sitzbereich/ Essbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Bei Problemen sehr schneller Support vor Ort. Mit dem Auto alle Geschäfte und Strände gut erreichbar. Alle wesentlichen Räume klimatisiert. Gerne wieder!

Magisk utsikt!

Vi hade en härlig vecka i detta rena, fina och välutrustade hus. Sköna sängar och perfekt med ett badrum till varje sovrum. Gott om plats att umgås på både utomhus och inomhus. Huset ligger fint uppe på berget i ett lugnt område omgärdat av olivträd och en magisk utsikt. Hyresvärden var vänlig och besvarade alla våra frågor snabbt. De hjälpte oss även att ordna en härlig båtutflykt genom deras kontakter. Bil underlättar för att ta sig till strand och mataffär. Rekommenderas varmt!

Es war alles in Ordnung und wir hatten zu viert einen schönen Urlaub in Makarska.

Das Haus ist groß, der Pool mit Wasserfall ist toll, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut, die Aussicht wundervoll und die Einrichtung recht modern. Der Esstisch draußen liegt im Schatten und die Außendusche ist sehr praktisch. Die Betten in den 3 Zimmern waren bequem und groß und es war sehr sauber. Die Balkone (im ersten Stock) sind super und auch die Terrasse mit den Liegen ist sehr groß und fast immer in der Sonne. Schatten spenden Markise und Sonnenschirm. Das WLAN ist stabil, aber nicht das schnellste. Das Haus liegt weit oben am sehr steilen Berg und drumherum (sind ungenutzte Bauplätze im Norden & Westen). Alles sehr ruhig, nur ab und zu Musik von den Nachbarn zu hören. Der Ort ist nicht weit, aber die Steigung schon extrem. Die Straße ist (mit einem Auto) nur von Osten aus zu befahren und auch dann sehr eng und steinig. Ameisen, Mücken, kleine Skorpione und Spinnenläufer im Haus und draußen sind wahrscheinlich überall in dieser Region. Die oberste Etage des Hauses ist noch nicht fertiggestellt. Das hat uns verwundert, aber nicht gestört, auch der obere Balkon ist noch eine Baustelle. Es gab recht wenig Geschirr: nur 3 große Teller, nur 4 kleine Teller, aber dafür viele tiefe und Suppenteller, da hätten wir uns eine etwas bessere Ausstattung gewünscht. Die Vermieter waren immer verfügbar und wir konnten über WhatsApp auf englisch sehr kommunizieren. Anreise und Abreise haben wie vereinba

Hochwertige Urlaubsunterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig. Die Räume sind schön. Im Sommer bietet der große Pool ideale Erfrischung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es empfiehlt sich, dort mit eigenem Auto oder Mietauto zu sein, da es oberhalb des Ortes ist. Im G*****-Maps als Suchbegriff "Villa Anja" eingeben und nicht Straßenname samt Hausnummer. Das trifft es genau.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für fast 2 Wochen im Mai 2022 in der Villa Anja. Treffen mit Stipe (Eigentümer) in der Villa erfolgte super pünktlich (An- und Abreise), das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar (gutes Schuhwerk erforderlich, da teilweise unbefestigte Straße zu gehen ist). Die Auswahl ist jedoch begrenzt, da dieser etwas kleiner ist. Mit dem PKW erreicht man in 10 Minuten jede Menge große Supermärkte. Wir waren vom Tommy sehr begeistert (ähnlich wie Edeka/Rewe), Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr schönen grünen Gegend, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Bergen im Hintergrund und dem Meer im Vordergrund - friedlich und ruhig. Wir waren vom BBQ-Grill, dem Pool und den Sonnenuntergängen begeistert. Sehr gute Restaurants mit toller Aussicht, Essen und Service: Das Panorama (kostenloser Shuttle-Service angeboten) Kanoba Galinac (Brela) Was gibt es zu verbessern in der Villa Anja: Mehrweg-Kunststoffgläser für den Poolbereich (Sicherheit) Sonnenliege, die zum Sonnen der Rückseite genutzt werden kann ;-). Danke Stipe für seine Unterstützung, Empfehlungen (Restaurants) und seine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder!
