Great stay in a villa with amazing view

Has a fantastic time here. Near busy but fun makarska but far enough away in the hills (10 minute drive) that the villa feels private and calm. The views are amazing and the pictures don’t do justice to them. Visit nearby brela beach for a great day out.

Spacious villa with stunning views!

Beautiful, clean, spacious villa with stunning views overlooking the Dalmatian coast. Kids loved the pool and extra bonus of a jacuzzi and relaxing poolside area. Very peaceful location being at the top of the hillside, only a short drive to the supermarket, Makarska old town and promenade and various beaches along the coast. Hosts Zeljko and Berina are very friendly & welcoming and are available to contact if needed. Highly recommend!

Incredible!

The views! Sunset, moon rise, star gazing and of course the water! This house has everything! The drive up the mountain is a big part of the allure. Small winding roads. It’s quiet yet close to everything you may need - restaurants, stores, groceries, nightlife! The host made many great suggestions for dining out and taxi services. We would stay here again and again!

Great Stay

Lovely Villa - The Villa was spotlessly clean, as was the pool and jacuzzi. The images are representative of the what to expect apart from the Gym/Sauna area which is shown in the photos but is not included in the price, I feel this is a bit misleading and all addition prices should be shown on the booking/listing page. i.e. Pool Heating, use of Sauna etc. This did not detract from the holiday as I have already said the villa was lovely, the view is amazing, just be aware that the roads to get to the Villa are steep and winding, but if you are driving around Croatia you will be soon become aware that its a very hilly country with lots of steep winding roads. All that said, would I stay there again - YES.

Perfect Family Holiday

My family and I are just back to the UK from our stay in Makarska. The villa was perfect in every way; spacious, cool and spotlessly clean (ignore the one strange review that said otherwise re cleanliness). The pool was huge and kept immaculately maintained throughout our stay. The views from the property are quite stunning and its location is only a few minutes drive from Makarska town centre and the wonderful beaches there. I would recommend both the villa and the region to all families and holidaymakers. Also the communication with the owners both before and during our stay was great.

Perfect Summer Villa

This villa is new and in a very quiet location. We spent almost everyday in the pool with drinks, simply viewing the amazing Dalmatian coast! The only challenge we had was actually finding the house the first day as it is on a winding road in a small neighborhood. We also had to figure out the dishwasher, microwave oven and stove top that were unfamiliar to us who live in the US. Perhaps some instruction notes would be helpful. All in all, this house is perfect and the owner is helpful and kind. One of our party dropped a glass pitcher while loading the dishwasher and she chipped 3 or 4 plates. We were completely mortified, but the owner was very kind and said, “I break things in my house every day.” It made our friend feel much better over her accident. We had a perfect week at this house!

Einfach perfekt!

Ein absolutes Top-Haus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ideal für 4 Personen. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage hoch über Markaska mit einem gigantischen Meerblick /Sonnenuntergang und dennoch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in der Innenstadt. Terrasse zum Frühstücken beim strahlendem Sonnenschein und überdachter großer Tisch mit tollem Grill-/Feuerplatz (ideal wenn die Tage abends etwas kälter werden). Beheizter Pool und Whirpool sind ein Traum gerade im Herbst. Die Gastgeber sprechen perfekt deutsch und englich und sind bei Fragen immer erreichbar!

Achtung Abzocke !

Wir haben uns riesig auf den Urlaub gefreut, da wir schon oft in Makarska waren und das Besondere suchten, jedoch wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine total heruntergekommene Immobilie vor, wir mußten anfangen Putzmittel zu kaufen und haben zu viert einen halben Tag das Haus geputzt. Unvorstellbar ! Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage halbwegs gereinigt, wenn jedoch die Anlage nicht funktioniert ist auch das vergebens, so schwimmt man im Ungeziefer und den Blättern herum. Da wir uns dort nicht wohl fühlten verlagerten wir unseren Badeausflug täglich an das wunderschöne Meer. Wir können alle Interessenten nur warnen, die Fotos wurden nach der Renovierung gemacht, die ist schon einige Jahre her ist, seit dem wurde auch noch nie richtig geputzt oder gar investiert. Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche, müssen Sie selbst erledigen. Wir werden wieder kommen, nur nie mehr in dieses Haus ! FeWO müßte dieses Haus aus dem Angebot nehmen.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung ist vom Feinsten, alles bis auf Eierbecher, ist vorhanden. Alles sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Wunderschöne Ausblicke von allen Zimmern, Balkons, Pool und Terrasse. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!! Der Whirlpool ist selbst im Hochsommer ein Höhepunkt am Abend.

Helt vidunderligt sted

Har haft den mest fantastiske uge i dette skønne hus. Udsigten er fantastisk med havet og bjergene . Poolen ren og stor og spabadet helt fantastisk med udsigt. Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus bittet alles was das Herz begehrt. Hervorzuheben sind die großzügigen Freibereiche die erlauben alle Aktivitäten nach draußen zu verlagern. Die Outdoor Küche mit schattigen Essbereich gleich neben dem Pool lässt das Herz höher schlagen. Berina & Zeljko waren außerordentlich zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeber. Alles hat unkompliziert und perfekt geklappt - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Beautiful view and amazing house

We loved the heated pool with a picturesque view of the sea and the islands. The property is well equipped and the outside jacuzzi is the cherry on the top. Also, the host is a really nice guy and helped a lot in giving us tips on what to visit and where to eat.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Hang über Makarska und bietet deshalb beste Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Von den Balkonen, vor allem aber auch vom Pool bietet sich ein wundervoller Ausblick, an dem man sich auch nach zwei Wochen nicht sattsehen kann. Besonders zu erwähnen sind der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich im ersten Stock mit einer vollständig und hochwertig ausgestatteten Küche sowie der tolle Swimming-Pool mit Infinity-Charakter. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll mit Blick für das Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Dazu tragen auch die sehr netten Eigentümer bei, die bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar waren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend.

Villa über Makarska mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick aufs Meer.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderbaren Lage oberhalb von Makarska. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar inclusive Küche ist hochwertig eingerichtet und man sieht, dass hier nicht gespart wurde. Die Balkone , im übrigen mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Makarska und Meer, gewährleisten auch bei mehreren Bewohnern die notwendige Ruhe, die man im Urlaub auch sucht. Hinzu kommt natürlich noch das Highlight der Villa die große Terrasse mit einem großen Pool und einem Whirlpool. Die Terrasse ist mit HolztIsch und schweren Holzstühlen und einem großen eingebauten Grill ausgestattet. Es ist alles gerichtet um einen Urlaubstag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Hinzu kommt natürlich auch hier der wunderbare Ausblick aus Meer mit den sehenswerten Sonnenuntergängen. Auch die Freundlichkeit und das unaufdringliche Kümmern der Vermieter soll hier nicht unerwähnt bleiben.

Super Urlaub und coronafrei

Wenn man dem Alltag entkommen möchte und dabei sicher sein will, sich nicht anzustecken, dann ist man bei Berina und Zeljko super aufgehoben. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus abseits vom Trubel mit freiem Blick zur Adria. Besonders der Meerwasserpool hat unserer Tochter (9) super gefallen, und wenn wir mal was anderes sehen wollten, so waren die Adria und Makarska auch nur 5 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt.Danke nochmals für die freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Berina und Zeljko.....immer gerne wieder

Traumurlaub in moderner Villa mit wunderschönem Ausblick!

Liebe Berina, lieber Zeljko, wir haben einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Eurem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und danken Euch für Eure Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit, mit der ihr uns empfangen habt und dafür, dass Ihr immer ansprechbar für uns wart und uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite standet. Wir haben im September zu viert (2 Paare) einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Berina verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus heißt nicht ohne Grund "Villa". Die Villa Berina ist ein Schmuckstück und auch mit gehobenen Ansprüchen kann man sich dort mehr als wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Straße, gesäumt von grüner Vegetation, im Hintergrund die Berge und mit einem fantastischen unverbauten Blick aufs Meer. Weil das Wetter im September immer noch hochsommerlich war, haben wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und am Pool verbracht (4 Liegen) und uns regelmäßig im (beheizten) Pool mit 26 Grad abgekühlt, der einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel bietet. Der Whirlpool ist auch sehr zu empfehlen! Die anliegende Außenterrasse verfügt über schöne Sitzmöbel und bietet durch die Küchenecke mit Grill die Möglichkeit auch dort Essen zuzubereiten. Zum Ausklang des Tages haben wir gerne auf der wunderschönen und mit geschmackvollen Möbeln bestückten oberen Terrasse gesessen und den wundervollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Das Haus selbst hat einen gehobenen Standard, ist neu, modern eingerichtet und besticht auch durch die vielen handwerklichen Genauigkeiten, mit denen der Gastgeber das Haus selbst mit großer Liebe zum Detail gebaut hat. Die Küche verfügt über fast alles, was man auch zu Hause zum Kochen benötigt. ( Mikro, Backofen, stand alone Kühlschrank mit Eisfach). Der Wohnraum und die Zimmer haben jeweils eine Klimaanlage und Mückenrollos. Jedes der zwei Zimmer verfügt über einen Flatscreen mit Satelitten TV und ein eigenes Badezimmer (en suite) mit Regendusche. Der große Wohnraum, der sich an die offene Küche anschließt verfügt ebenfalls in der Wohnzimmerecke über einen riesigen Flatscreen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit einem Mietwagen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns einen tollen Inselausflug mit Taxi Shuttle organisiert.
