Experience unforgettable holiday days in this charming holiday apartment on the sunny island of Ugljan in the picturesque town of Kali. The 28 m² accommodation offers space for up to two adults and two children or additional guests on the sofa bed. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. A highlight is the covered 6 m² balcony with sea view, ideal for relaxed moments with coffee or dinner.
The apartment is air-conditioned and heatable, Wi-Fi is available, and towels and bed linen are included. Pets are welcome (for a fee), and a communal washing machine can also be used for a fee. A parking space directly at the property facilitates arrival.
Only 100 metres separate you from crystal-clear water, with concreted plateaus and gravel beaches in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within a few minutes' walk, and the ferry connection is just 400 metres away. The surroundings are perfect for beach holidays, water sports, boat trips, cycling and hiking tours or simply relaxed walks along the coast.
For sociable evenings, a communal grill is available. Upon request, a boat mooring can also be used. The location combines tranquillity and nature with good accessibility to local facilities, so that couples, families and small groups can enjoy a relaxing and varied stay here.
