Fischerhaus 7 is very quietly located on the ground floor in one of the most popular holiday resorts in the region - The holiday complex is located directly on Lake Neuensien.

The cozy living / dining room with open kitchen and the sunny and cozy winter garden invite you to relax, cook & eat and enjoy the tranquility in every season. No car noise disturbs you here and especially at night you only hear the wonderful silence.

There is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 wide) and 2 comfortable mattresses. In the living room, the very good sofa can be used as a foldable double bed (with a high quality mattress 1.50 wide). The second separate bedroom is suitable for one or two children (up to approx. 12 years). It has a bunk bed and your children can feel like they are in a boat bunk.
Bed linen and towels are delivered.

We offer you free WiFi and you can make free calls to German landlines. The equipment includes a flat screen TV (approx. 90 wide) with satellite reception and a stereo internet radio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and dishes. Appliances: dishwasher, oven with grill and microwave, coffee machine (filter, Senseo, espresso pot), toaster and wand.

For your small laundry you have an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse. Washer and dryer are available as coin operated devices in the generally accessible laundry room. The bright daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle and toilet.

The winter garden and terrace are furnished with 4 folding deck chairs, 2 foot sections, 1 garden bed, 2 tables, 4 beer garden chairs and upholstery. A parasol for the terrace and a beach shell for your bathing trip protect you from the sun if necessary.
There is a small lawn aside the terrace. There is a place for barbecue in the holiday complex.

The apartment has its own underground parking space, which is particularly pleasant in summer (heat) and also in winter (ice).

There is a fish shop at the harbor. Several restaurants with a very cozy atmosphere and good quality in Seedorf and Neuensien are within walking distance.

You can reach Sellin or Baabe in about 10 minutes by car. There are several supermarkets and shops.

The beautiful beaches of Baabe, Sellin are only 15 minutes away by car and can be reached by bike in almost the same time. Binz or Göhren are around 20 minutes away.

Seedorf with its natural sailing harbor is an ideal starting point for relaxation and active leisure activities. Hiking, jogging or walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and sailing can be done on site. Indoor pools with a sauna area in Sellin and Binz are year-round attractions.

In the complex there is a nice children's playground, a small soccer field and a barbecue area. In autumn, Baabe is a paradise for surfers and kite surfers. There are also rental stations for bicycles.

Neuensien and Seedorf are located in the heart of the East Rügen Biosphere Reserve and directly at the Sellin-Baabe-Göhren spa triangle. With its proximity to Binz, Granitz Castle and the Mönchgut region, it is in the most popular holiday region on the island of Rügen.

Fischerhaus 7 itself has no direct sea view, but with just one step into the garden you can see Lake Neuensien with its wonderful moods and sunsets. A special advantage of the apartment is that the terrace is particularly quiet and on the sunny side. In your own beach chair you can enjoy pleasant privacy.
