House and garden in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea!

With a surface area of 72 m2, the house includes a living room of 35 m2 and 4 meters under ceilings, 3 bedrooms of 8 to 9 m2 each, all equipped with shutters and a shower room.

The garden is 1200 m2 in size and is exposed to the sun for the entire day.

The house is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, stove and fridge/freezer. All the most common crockery and kitchen utensils are available. Two portable heaters are also available for autumn and winter stays.

We have chosen not to install internet or television, but a projector, a DVD player and several films and cartoons are available. A few books are also available for you to use.

The sun rises at the bottom of the garden and illuminates the living room in the morning. It then enters the house through the side window. It finally sets on the side of the kitchen window, still illuminating the house and garden in the summer. The garden is therefore exposed to the sun throughout the day.

The neighbours are few and particularly quiet. The house is located away from the road, in a small housing development of 10 houses. There are no animals or car noise.

The shop 100 meters from the house is very convenient for basic necessities. The village 5 minutes away by car (15 minutes walk) offers many very busy shops: 2 butchers, 2 bakers, an Intermarché, cafes, two wine shops, very good restaurants...

The beach is 2 km away and the harbour at the bottom of the village already allows you to see the water. At high tide, the feet of the church at the bottom of the village are covered by the sea. Sublime! Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Mère-l'Eglise, Carteret and the most beautiful beaches of the Cotentin are easily accessible.
