Spread over two levels, this property combines traditional Basque architecture with a contemporary interior, featuring modern, elegant lines and Mediterranean-inspired touches.

It stands out for its spacious, light-filled living area and its subtle mix of materials. A true haven of peace, the villa offers a perfect balance between modern comfort and seaside spirit.

Opening onto a pleasant garden with a swimming pool, it invites guests to fully enjoy outdoor relaxation in a setting that is both friendly and refined.

LIVING SPACE

Bathed in natural light, the living area is arranged around a warm and welcoming lounge, a convivial dining room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large openings extend the space naturally toward the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between interior and garden.

BEDROOMS

The villa has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, it features a master suite with a 180 cm double bed, its own shower room, and a dressing area.
