One of the choicest locations in Copenhagen - in the middle of downtown - but in a sheltered area in a back courtyard - so there is no noise.

The apartment is ca 60 m2.

1 bedroom with space for 2 adults. No children in this apartment.

TV with a full complement of channels.

Washing machine.

You are within walking distance from all the attractions: Tivoli, Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv, The National Museum, Amalienborg Castle, The Royal Gardens, etc. The famous streets Store Kongensgade and Bredgade with their art galleries and shopping opportunities lead either to Østre Anlæg or Kongens Nytorv.

Super centrally located apartment in downtown Copenhagen close to Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv, The Royal Garden and Amalienborg Palace.

From here it is easy to experience Copenhagen by foot or bike.

The apartment is very quiet.

The apartment is ca 60 m2 and consists of:

Hall, combined living room / kitchen / dining room, bedroom with double bed. Combined toilet / bathroom with shower.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, TV with international channels, washing machine. NO dishwasher in this apartment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.

There is a parking house (to pay) in the building next door.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Absolutely ideal

Clean, well located and super supportive host team. With everything we wanted - from the standard of the apartment and its proximity to the major attractions of ‘Wonderful Copenhagen’, our five night stay has been fabulous!

a bit of a disappointment

The apartment has a great location within walking distance of everything, including wonderful restaurants, shops, sights, etc. It is centrally located, private, and quiet. No problems there. We did not find it as clean as previous reviewers--there was mold and dirt in the tub/shower, and the tub did not drain properly. Having said that, the host was very responsive and is likely to continue to make improvements based on the feedback we have provided to them privately. Of note, the apartment is two flights up with no elevator, so anyone with a mobility challenge would have difficulty.

Perfect Copenhagen location!

We had a wonderfully experience staying in this apartment. The communication from the leasing office was excellent. It was in a very convenient location close to the metro. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had exactly what we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay again when we return to Copenhagen.

Great location and amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Metro stops, food markets and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this option.

The apartment was fantastic! The appartment has everything you wish for to make it your home during your stay. The locaction of the apartment was superb; in the center of Copenhagen and nearby all the sightseeing locations and shopping streets. The Metro is sitauted around the corner. Lots of nice coffee houses and restaurants. A supermarket and a bakery down the street.

Really nice apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown making it easy to go anywhere. it is also very close to the metro. The apartment is perfect for two people and has a well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and check out. Minor side note is that the beds are not very comfortable.

Very nice apartment located in an excelent area. Public transports, supermarkets, restaurants in walking distance. Well equiped and quite. However, the heating system was not working so the atmosphere inside was not that comfortable. We tried to solve the situation but it was not possible until we left. Nevertheless, I would recommend it. Very kind Staff!

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Right in the centre of Copenhagen, only a few minutes walk from all the attractions we wanted to see. Overlooking a quiet courtyard, with coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away was great for us. The apartment itself was very ‘hygge’, had everything we needed, and was always warm and cosy.

City apartment October 2018

We had early access to the apartment arranged with Ilse. The apartment was clean and well equipped , although access was up narrow stairs that were not very well lit . Downside, at the time of our visit in late October was that building work resulted in a scruffy yard in front of the apartment . The location was very good, with shops nearby and many restaurants. The reference material left in the apartment was good .Buses nearby allowed easy travel around the city.

Comfortable, well located.

The apartment was comfortable and well located within walking distance of many local attractions. Parking was an issue as we rented a car to do out of town traveling, although we did locate an underground parking structure two blocks away that was the perfect, but pricey, solution. The weather was unseasonably hot those two weeks, so a room fan would have been helpful. Grocery store a block away was convenient. Used washing machine, but had to plan ahead for drying on the rack provided. As mentioned, location is a plus for this apt.

The apartment is well located in the middle of town--walk distance to many sites. Kitchen is furnished for simple cooking, and a small grocery is only a block away. Parking is expensive and scarce in this area, so we rented space in a parking garage near the canal which freed us from the worry of finding street parking. The washing machine in the apartment was a nice convenience, however, if you do a wash, be mindful that there is no dryer, so allow time for clothes drying on the provided rack. The Thai restaurant just a few doors down is excellent!
