Live charmingly in this small cottage with bright, large conservatory, lovely terrace facing south in Skabersjö and near Svdala, in southern Skåne.
The house is located near a railroad, there is a noise barrier. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling.
The house used to have a function as a brewery, rebuilt and equipped with various conveniences, it is now ideal for a relaxing vacation. Its location in a culturally and historically significant place, next to the main building of Skabersjö Stationshus, now a private residence, is reminiscent of the time at the end of the 19th century. Nearby you can get good outdoor activities and experience beautiful nature. Visit the beech forest of Torup, or the living open-air museum Kulturens Östarp, where time stood still. History of the area is also told in the churches, castles - especially Torup Castle, Häckeberg Castle and Svaneholm Castle. The center of Malmö can be reached in 20 minutes. The entire Malmö region is worth discovering.
