Located in the sought-after Boucanet district, just a few steps from the beach, this apartment is perfect for seaside lovers.

Set in a modern residence facing the beach, you will enjoy a quiet environment close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, markets and activities.

The stay is always enjoyable thanks to its brightness, layout and ideal location near the sea.
The accommodation is arranged as a duplex and includes stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty moving around. The stairs are secured, but we kindly ask guests to remain cautious when moving around the property.
