The best memories really are made at the beach! “Crystal Beach Break” is a newly renovated home in the Noisy Waves subdivision in Crystal beach and is ready for you to come, relax and enjoy! This home is centrally located near stores and restaurants. Bring your golf cart or UTV and drive right on the beach! The main area of the home features 3 bedrooms/2 baths, kitchen and living room. The home sleeps 10 and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

*You must be at least 25 years old to book this property (ID's will be verified)*


DOWNSTAIRS – Large bar with seating and Roku TV, outdoor lighting, picnic table, firepit with four Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower. Outdoor games include Giant Jenga and Cornhole.

Arrive at this home and find new furnishings, tons of natural light and a huge downstairs entertaining area with bar, picnic table, firepit, outdoor shower, charcoal grill plus games. The downstairs string-lit bar is the ultimate space to kick back and watch the latest game on the Roku TV, use the charcoal grill, enjoy a meal at the picnic table or sit around the fire pit. There is a private outdoor shower with warm water to wash the sand off from the beach. Beach towels are included and provided in the bunk bedroom.


UPSTAIRS– You will find a deck with four Adirondack chairs and two small tables to sit and enjoy a drink and catch a glimpse of water from each side. Sit back and listen to the waves and feel the breeze from the ocean. At dusk, enjoy beautiful Gulf sunsets.

An open-floor concept connects the living room to the kitchen. The living area boasts a game table, electric fireplace, comfy seating and a large Roku TV. A variety of board games are included to help your family make memories. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, drip and Keurig coffee maker, French press, plates, cups, silverware, full knife set, toaster, spice rack, blender, crock-pot, cooking basics, and more. Enjoy a nice meal from the 4-person eat-in breakfast bar.


BATHROOMS – Stocked with many soft towels and features a bathtub perfect for children. Plus there is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet.

This house has everything you need to leave your worries behind.

As a large family we enjoyed our stay they had box fans for the ones who forgot fans, and they had just what we needed for the toddler, from toys to beach toys to the tvs we enjoyed our stay, and everything was close and convenient to the store, and there was beach access!

4th of July Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic week at this property. The home is well equipped for 10 people, lots of seating areas, indoor and outdoor. It's in a great location, walking distance to the beach and close to nearby stores and shops. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice as well. The kitchen was superb, plenty if cooking utensils and dishware. We cooked the whole week and had everything needed to do so. Highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Fall Break

Had a great week during our fall break at the beach. House was clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels (both beach and bath towels) along with a few rolls of TP in each bathroom and paper towels in kitchen along with trash bags and soap. More than enough to last all week for 2 adults and 5 kids ranging in age between 10 yrs old to 16 yrs old. Comfortable beds and lots of room to lounge around in the living room. Great location - about a 5 min walk to the beach and a 2 min drive to The Big Store. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Beach Trip

On our 5 day, 4 night trip, our first day was too full to go to the beach. The property boasts entertainment for all. TV, board games, tabletop games, a wonderful front porch, cornhole, and giant Jenga kept us wonderfully busy enough to almost forget we were there for the beach! Day 2, we made a short trip to buy beach tags for our vehicles, then the beach was a short drive away. Day 3 was mostly spent at the house again, resting and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Day 4 was beach day again, where we soaked up sun, clean water, and soft sand, among a host of other neighbors. Day 5, we packed our things and left, happy to be given the chance to experience such a wonderful beach house.

Such a cute place!

We rented this house for a weekend girls trip and would definitely recommend this place. Check in and communication was easy. Everything was as described and pictured. The inside decor is exactly what you’d expect and want for a beach house. Plenty of room for us 7 women. We opted to rent a golf cart and would definitely recommend that. It was a longer walk than we would’ve wanted to take personally and also once you get onto the beach you may have to go a ways down to find a spot to set up. And that was only an issue on Saturday really. But it’s definitely still doable without one. We felt like it was priced right. Close to restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend.
