Welcome to the Paradise Palms Townhomes! Plan your getaway to this brand new, spacious, beautifully furnished lakefront townhome on Grand Lake St. Mary’s in Celina, OH! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome boasts spectacular views of the lake AND pool and is perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway in what will feel like a tropical, Key West village right in the middle of rural small-town USA! Tucked away in a private oasis but still in close proximity to many shopping, dining, and entertainment options!

As you approach our “Key West” style townhome, you will be greeted with a welcoming covered front porch that guides you into an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space along with a dining area suitable for memorable meals and late-night card games! We even provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons!

The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the smart TV and sign in to your streaming account to catch up on your favorite show all while still enjoying the beautiful view of the lake outside of the window. Cable & internet is also provided. **The living room couch pulls out into a queen sleeper for extra sleeping room.**

As you continue through the townhome, you will find the master bedroom and spare bedroom upstairs – both are furnished with queen beds and their own private bathrooms. Enjoy a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets. Enjoy a peaceful morning with a fresh cup of coffee on your private master bedroom balcony that overlooks the lake and pool. These views can’t be beat!

Guests are not only provided with all linens but also plenty of bath towels and separate pool towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room attached to the garage area.

Stop over at the community grilling area next to the pool to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. You can also dine or relax on the front porch while overlooking the lake and pool – just one of the many great perks of staying at Boardwalk Village is the VIEW!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

The easiest way to communicate is through the platform in which you booked through. Please use the messaging feature.

Celina (voted best hometown in Ohio!) is home to 10,000 residents and Ohio`s largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary’s. It’s a great location for boating, fishing, or taking part in one of Celina’s many summer festivals. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area, where the west edge of the lake contains a wide boardwalk, suitable for walking or bike riding while enjoying the lakeside view.

Guest parking is available at Boardwalk Village. Everything is within walking, biking or short driving distance. You can even rent a golf cart or bicycle from Helton Lodge Rentals to help get around town!

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 6. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed.

PARKING: This townhome comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. There is also an attached one-car garage on the lower level of the townhome that you can park in. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.

POOL: We will provide 6 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. If wristbands are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $50/each to replace. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only.
*Pool Season: mid May-end of September (time frame may change depending on weather)*
*Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*

PETS:
This is a pet friendly unit.
•Non-aggressive, non-large breeds only (no Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, etc.)
•Must be under 50 lbs.
•$50 pet fee/reservation
•1 dog max
•No cats, no exceptions
•Pet description required upon booking (name, breed, weight, age)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!

COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out

WEEKLY/MONTHLY OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% weekly discount if you stay 7+ nights and a 30% monthly discount if you stay 30+ nights. These discounts are valid during our OFF-SEASON months only (October-April). The discount codes can be applied at the time of booking your reservation but are not valid if you are taking advantage of our extended stay program. We have the right to remove the discount code from your reservation if you are staying in a unit that is part of our extended stay program. **The fourth phase of Boardwalk Village is currently under construction. Construction will begin October 2025 and is expected to be finished Summer 2026. This is taking place on the far South end of the property.

Amazing little gem right in Ohio

We found this amazing gem right in Ohio searching for a great getaway for a group of girlfriends. The location was great everything in walking distance. We stayed in the beautiful palms paradise townhouse. So spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities included. The pool was perfect. Definitely will stay here again!

Mini-Margaritaville

This property is exactly as adorable as is shown in the posted pictures. Area is clean and neat with each condo meticulously landscaped and decorated. Great weekend getaway with lots of fun restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this mini-Margaritaville in Celina, Ohio!

My daughter and I stayed here with my 3 grandsons ages 4 to 10, they loved the pool, fishing, and playing Pickleball. We didn’t want to leave. The place is beautiful and the owner responded to any questions we had right away. Would love to come back again.

Condo, pool and patio area we thought were great. We loved the closeness with other guests by the layout of the property. Easy to meet and mingle. The only complaint is about the foam mattresses. They took some getting use too. I never could. Those aren't a common mattress. I think others would have the same issue. Also being low to the floor is hard for old people to get up out of.
