The appartment is well situated with a dominante position overlooking the lake and the mountains, fully equipped, you will enjoy a two bedroom with large bed, and a bathroom attached to one of the bedroom, convenient for family. kitchen, kitchen dining table, living room with flat and smart tv, and of course an outside terrace, with garden furniture and dining table too. all convenient store are walking distance from the apartment, and you will be able to enjoy the beach, skiing in winter at Semnoz , within 18mn drive distance.
