This was a great place to stay while exploring the Haute-Savoie region. The view from the deck is lovely, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Their downstairs entry area has wall hooks, a floor electrical outlet, and is a secure place to keep your bicycles. The lake, restaurants, bicycle rental shops, grocery store, boulangerie, are all within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you into Annecy town. We recommend-Restaurant La MascotteBike store 2830Atelier Matt and Lulu boulangerie Haut Saveurs de Verthier in Doussard. You can do without a car by taking the bus from Annecy to the Chemin de Brouillet stop, walk to the apartment. Then, rent a bike from bike store 2830, and enjoy the long paved trail around the lake and further to the south. Sandrine was an attentive, friendly host, and we would have liked to know her better. We will definitely choose the apartment for future trips to Annecy.

We loved our time in Sandrine's apartment. The apartment is just perfect, all you need. Plus the location is EXCELLENT, very close to the bike path which quickly takes you to swimming spots. Sandrine is a wonderful host. She communicated so well before and during our stay.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour Noël 2024.Annecy est juste à coté.Sandrine, nous a très bien renseigné sur la région pour les commerces et activités.La neige était au rdv, ce qui nous a permis de faire des activités d'hiver au Semnoz.Séjour inoubliable, a découvrir à une autre saison.

J'ai passé d'agréable vacances. Suivant les recommandations de notre hôte, j'ai visité la ville d'Anncecy, visté le chateau de Menthon saint Bernard. Plus sportive, en vélo non électrique , le tour du lac dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.( je vous le conseille ) Nous avons l'intention de revenir.

Magnifique semaine dans le logement de Séverine à Sevrier

Quelle belle semaine passée dans la location de Séverine à Sevrier: à 2 pas du lac d’Annecy, dans un logement spacieux, propre, confortable, très bien placé et qui comprend une jolie vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse. Je remercie Séverine qui a été une superbe hôte et qui nous a donné beaucoup de recommandations quant aux différents lieux à visiter et à découvrir aux alentours ainsi que les différents endroits où manger typiquement :) Le logement comprend tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour cuisiner tous les jours. Le linge de maison ainsi que les serviettes sont incluses, ce qui facilite notre voyage et installation. La literie est très confortable et le logement est très calme, entretenu et propre avec une place de parking privée devant la maison. L’emplacement est idéal: tout en étant proche de la ville d’Annecy, nous sommes a l’écart de la foule du centre ville et sommes donc au calme. Des magasins et supermarchés de tous genres se trouvent aux alentours de la location. Notre arrivée au logement a été très facile et simple d’accès de par toutes les informations données en amont par l’hôte dans un guide dédié à cela. Je vous recommande fortement ce logement si vous souhaitez découvrir Annecy et ses jolis villages alentours

Sympathique appartement très tranquille, bien agencé avec tous les équipements nécessaires, mansardé avec poutres apparentes, décoration style vintage industriel, lumineux, literie excellente. Jolie vue mais la terrasse est petite (4 à 6 m2), on entend un peu la circulation depuis la terrasse. Escalier de 26 marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous recommandons volontiers cette location.

A week in Server

we are a family of four and stayed at the apartment as a base to explore the area around Lake Annecy. The apartment was very stylishly furnished, well appointed and equipped very well. Sandrine the owner was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and while we were there. She was very quick to respond to any messages and came up with some very helpful suggestions for what to do on a rainy day. We would love to return one day as we had a great week staying in this great apartment.

Lovely apartment in Sevrier, a very quiet location minutes drive from Annecy, also few minutes walk to the local boulangerie and amenities on the lake. Bike lane is just at the end of the road which will take you safely and directly into Annecy or around the lake. Sandrine is a fantastic host and very helpful. Would highly recommend this property and will be looking forward to returning again in the future.
