The Floridian Lake House brings all the amenities of modern living to this scenic and pristine lake front property. Our vacation home boasts a rustic boardwalk that passes through half an acre of scenic marshland, then opens up to a private boat dock with observation deck to give guests an elevated view of the Cove at Lake June and its remarkable sunsets. This house is located 2 miles from the boat ramp, 5 miles from Lake Placid center/Publix, and 12 miles from Sebring Raceway/Airport.

(1) pet is allowed with the payment of a $250 pet fee. Guests who are found violating this rule will be charged $250 per day per pet retroactively.

Great location; hosts were exceptionally responsive

My family and I loved staying at this house. It is very large and has many amenities. When the A/C broke, Tyler had the repair guy there within the hour. Any questions we had, Tyler responded right back. Would definitely recommend and stay again
