The serene backyard features a wood burning firepit with unobstructed views of beautiful Lake Placid. The interior features 2 indoor cooking areas, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining spaces. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC up to 78.
Remove all trash from the house, back patio, dock & beach. Place in designated trash cans & take to the road.
If grill was used, please remove food & food pieces. Also, make sure the propane is turned off on all gas appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Access to the garage is not permitted. If renters access the garage and/or attempt to gain entry into the garage, additional fees will be charged.
There is a maximum of 8 overnight guests allowed. Exceeding this limit will result in additional charges or loss of deposit.
No pets allowed- including pets brought by overnight guests or visitors, regardless if they are kept outside. Failure to comply= loss of deposit.
