Charm & Relaxation : Family home with heated pool

Welcome to our haven of peace, ideal for your holidays with family or friends. This 2-level, air-conditioned 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 to 10 people. Located in a quiet environment, it offers you the luxury of doing everything on foot: shops and amenities are only 500 meters away, and the charming marina is 1.5 km away.
The house has been designed so that everyone can find their comfort, with an air conditioning system for always cool nights. A very large bright living room combining a warm living room and a friendly dining area to get together all together. The kitchen has everything you need to cook good meals just like at home (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine...). The 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 to 10 beds (modular configurations), ideal for two families or a group of friends.
As soon as the weather is fine, the outside of the house becomes your main living room, fully enclosed and designed for your tranquility. At the end of the wooden terrace awaits you a private swimming pool heated from June to September.
The land allows you to park up to 2 cars easily and safely.
