It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed - Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Shared garden of 5,500 m² - Private garden of 150 m² - Garden furniture - 2 sun loungers - Electric griddle - Parking Shared facilities: - Summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven - Shared swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 1.6 m deep), open year-round from 10 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm, secured by a safety alarm. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Microwave oven - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer Cottage with a swimming pool in a wooded setting, 10 km from the famous beaches of Porto-Vecchio!
