“Casa Covina” is a large 850 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex/home located in the heart of Belmont Shore. Casa Covina" is just a block to the beach with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and one block to the famous dining, shopping and nightlife on 2nd Street. When you walk onto the property you are welcomed by a patio that is fully equipped with a BBQ and comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while reading a book or newspaper. Inside the living room there are couches to relax and enjoy watching cable TV or your favorite Netflix series on our 50" flat screen TV. There is a cozy queen size futon in the living room ideal for additional guests or children. In the dining room you are surrounded by charming built-in furniture and which is equipped with air conditioning which cools the entire space during the hottest of summer months. Should guests decide to take a break from Belmont Shore’s vast dining options; the kitchen at "Casa Covina" comes stocked with all essential items for cooking at home. The master bedroom has a cozy Cal King bed, a ceiling fan and ample closet space for any couple.
