View--all about the VIEW! Welcome to our newly remodeled condo located within the prestigious private resort of Pointe Royale. This walk in 2 bed, 2 bath unit sits right above hole #17 on the golf course, so enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the morning golfers. The view is truly wonderful over the two large ponds and you are greeted with it as soon as you walk in the condo!
Brand new carpet through out exception of baths & kitchen. The Kitchen has shaker white cabinets with granite countertops along with a full size washer and dryer. Keurig and regular coffee maker along with pots/pans to cook up your family meal.
This open floor plan has complete views of the water from kitchen, dining and living room area. Dining seats 4 along with 2 bar stools at island. Additional seating out on the patio.
Living room has a Laz-Boy queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress for added comfort. the Laz-Boy oversized recliner is also a rocker. Have a family movie night, for Smart Tv's are provided in living and both bedrooms.
Enjoy your evening watching the geese and ducks from your private patio that has ambient auto lighting when it gets dusk. You also have access to patio from the master bedroom also.
The king master features a pillow top Serta mattress and water views surround you. The extra linens for the sofa sleeper are found within the master closet. The master bath has ada ht toilet with shower/tub combo. This bath is accessible from master but also has an additional door so it can be accessed if you have extra guests staying with you in the living room.
Across the hall from the master is the second bedroom which has 2 queen pillow top Serta beds. This bedroom has a private tub/shower bath along with ada ht toilet. Perfect for extra family or for the kids to watch a movie on their own large smart tv.
This is a non-smoking condo that sleeps up to a maximum of 8 guests. Sorry, no pets allowed. No boat or trailer parking.
You have full access to all the resort amenities, including pools, tennis-basketball courts, 24 hour fitness center that are less then 200 yards away. There is Lakeside Park located within the resort that has a wonderful playground with BBQ grills and picnic benches for your use. Golf is not free, you will need to contact Pointe Royale Golf Clubhouse to set up your T-time. We look forward to serving you and excited to offer you another wonderful property!
