Located < 1 hour N. of Houston via I-45N, Exit 92.
Ideal getaway on Lake Conroe. Accommodates 6-7. Newly remodeled. WiFi, TVs, Full Kitchen, 2 bdrms w/ full baths & balcony over the lake. Balcony fishing OK without fishing license!
Master Bdrm: King Size bed w/ new Tempur-Pedic mattress.
Upstairs Bdrm: 2 Queen beds w/ add'l air mattress available.
Restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, marina, bike & boat rentals, playground & dinner cruise boat within walking distance.
The space
This place is newly remolded. It is bright and pleasant. Come and escape the stresses of your busy lifestyle for total relaxation and recharging. Enjoy the soothing sounds of lake swells breaking just under your balcony. Watch for hours the seagulls, ducks, boats and the occasional seaplane. When it's time to go inside for the evening you can choose between wi-fi streaming of your favorite movie, playing cards or simply a board game. Reengage and rebuild essential family bonds by having fun together!

All the amenities are within walking distance: Basketball, Tennis court, playground by the water, Swimming pool, Marina, Boat and jet ski rental, Dinner cruise, Fishing pier, Wave restaurant.
Parking is free for 1 vehicle in front of the apartment building. Extra vehicles can park free 20 feet away on paver parking lot.
Other things to note
Please No pets (HOA restrictions). I can recommend good pet care businesses so your fur babies can be well taken care of and have fun as well.
No smoking in the condo (owner restriction).
HOA also requires all grills with a flame must be used out front on the walkway. Electric grill can be used on the balcony. Grills not currently provided with this condo.

It was a wonderful weekend. The condo had everything we needed. Everything was labeled which I loved! We will be back very soon. Also, fishing off the balcony was the best and we caught some too!

Girls Weekend

My daughters, granddaughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and was better than pictured! We enjoyed the pool, too! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Quick Weekend Stay

The property was easy to find. Instructions provided were great. We were attending the Clinton Anderson Walkabout Tour that was in Conroe. We preferred staying near the lake. It was easy to get over to Conroe. Our stay was very quick and we didn't spend much time at the condo nor did we have time to explore the property amenities. But, the condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lake Conroe Weekend

Great 2 bedroom property. Very clean, recently updated and everything was very well thought out (extra places to charge phones, games, tennis racquets and ball, fishing equipment) . We were just there for a wedding in the area so we did not have time to take advantage of pool, etc; but it was so relaxing to be right on the water and enjoy the great views from the living room. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Mom and I wanted to get away to just relax and sit by the water. This property was THE PERFECT place to do that. Condo was extra clean, amenities were great, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Bob and Jing are the best hosts and we will definitely be booking again with them!

Beautiful and perfect location!

Lovely property and just the perfect location for our getaway! Great space organization and just the right amount of decor. Spacious and convenient. Host were wonderful and very informative. Loved that you could relax and/or fish off the balcony. Beautiful, relaxing scenery.

Beautiful Property! Would definitely return!

This property made for such a wonderful stay. It was very easy to locate the condo. The photos are an exact representation of what the inside of the condo looks like. It was so welcoming and comfy that it made it hard to want to leave at times. There were labels or instructions for things throughout the property which made it very easy to understand things that might otherwise have been slightly confusing. A few snacks, bottles of water, and coffee were provided which was a wonderful surprise. The beds were very comfortable and there were even extra pillows and blankets should we have needed them. There was even a small box of toys in the closet which our kids delighted in playing with. The checkout instructions were very easy and did not feel like an imposition at all. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would happily come back again. Thank you Jing!

Gorgeous and relaxing

We picked this place to “get away” for a couple days and it was such a good retreat. We didn’t venture outside of the condo the whole time and just relaxed, watched football, and cooked nice meals while looking at the lake. The decor is calming and the view cannot be beat! It feels like you’re on a luxurious house boat. We plan to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was our first VRBO experience and a great one! Jing was very helpful and responsive. They thought of all the amenities you would need. Kids enjoyed fishing, pool, tennis, playground and The Wave was yummy as well.
