Located right in the centre of the Orres 1650, you will find nearby everything you need to spend a pleasant stay: shops, restaurants, activities and all the entertainment just steps away...The Les Gradins residence has two entrances: easy access by car for a safe installation and pedestrian access, on the 7th floor, to get directly to the heart of the resort.
Accommodation: This beautiful studio of 25 m2 presented by the Agence des Orres, has been renovated to offer you a comfortable stay in the mountains! It is located on the 1st floor of the residence "Les Gradins". From the balcony, arranged and exposed to the west, you will enjoy a splendid view of the mountains and a pleasant brightness.You will be ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1650 resort directly close to all shops (superettes, bakery, souvenir shops, restaurants...) and just steps from the snow front and the first ski lifts.In the living room you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, raclette and fondue machine, and especially washing machine. As for sleeping, you will enjoy in the mountain corner of the entrance a sofa click-clac convertible into double bed, with a single bunk bed on top. You will also have a double bed in the living room. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the whole. You will also have a private ski locker to store your glider equipment.
