Unit is on the top floor and up one flight of stairs. No elevator available.
Pet Friendly! Pet policy: Strict 25 pound weight limit/one dog limit. No Exceptions. Any damages caused by pet will be billed to the guest.

Fishing right from the bank is allowed! (Must have fishing license!)
Pointe Royale no longer allows for boat or trailer parking within the neighborhood.

Host provides a variety of K-cups & teas, 3-4 laundry pods, 3-4 dishwasher tabs & basic cleaning supplies.

No smoking is allowed inside the condo. We ask that if you smoke on the balcony you keep the sliding glass door completely closed & dispose of your waste in designated trash areas. Any smoke damages/debris clean-up will be charged to the guest.
