Highlights include two full kitchens, two living areas, and two decks, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.


The first floor features an open main living space, so the chef won’t feel left out of the fun while they’re whipping up meals in the kitchen. There’s a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space, as well as a dining table for four when it’s time to eat. The living room features retro, tropically themed seating that’s perfect for a night of streaming your favorite shows after a fun day. Three comfortable bedrooms round out the first-floor offerings.

The heart of the home upstairs is the updated kitchen, with lovely seafoam green cabinets, sparkling stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for prep. The dining area seats six, and the adjoining living room offers plenty of seating for TV time later. You’ll find three more bedrooms on this level.

With so much living space and two great decks – plus a patio – it’s easy for the whole group to unwind and relax together on your next Ocean City getaway. All that’s left to do is book!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
