Perfect for your next family vacation, this spacious townhouse on 16th Street offers an unbeatable location just a short walk to the beach and iconic Ocean City boardwalk. Built in 2009 and thoughtfully upgraded, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home provides plenty of space and comfort for groups and families.

The home features two master suites, including a convenient entry-level master, making it ideal for multi-generational stays. Enjoy an ocean view from your second-story balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, while the open floor plan offers ample space for gathering, dining, and unwinding together.

This large townhouse comfortably accommodates your group. Bed linens are provided for each bed, and bath towels and washcloths are provided for each guest. Beach towels are not included, so please be sure to pack those. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home.

We stayed here for the oceans calling tour. Overall, it’s fairly clean and its location is great. Communication and checkin was easy. The property managers are very nice and quick to respond if we had any questions.

PERFECT LOCATION

Rented John's house for one night couple getaway. The only problem was it was one night!! the house is perfect location, clean, modern & roomy. Will definitely book again for the week.

Really nice place

With the price of everything going up, I feel like the price was great for the end of summer and location. Very spacious. Communication with primary manager was ok. Did have a small snafu regarding the garage door. John was quick to have two different people come out to assess and temporarily fix the door for us. Second repairman gave conflicting information to us as renters and then to management. Small things,like metal face plate on microwave not attached properly. The dining room chairs had missing screws. Normal wear and tear.

Great spot with a great host!

Came down to ocmd and stayed at this beautiful town home with a very large 2 car garage! The home was clean, well maintained and fit 7 adults very comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Mr. Clark was a great host and even allowed us to check out a few hours later at no extra charge after one of the cars broke and we had to wait for a tow truck until sunrise the last morning of the stay. Overall 10/10 experience and I am looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect weekend stay

The location of the townhouse and access to the beach & other restaurants and boardwalk is excellent. The property is clean & well maintained. We enjoying our stay. Having additional towels, handsoaps, kitchen towels and cases for extra pillows would have been helpful.

Highly Recommend

Beautiful house with a perfect, open view right outside the balcony. Easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk and all the local shops nearby. Had 1 question for the property manager and he answered my text within 5 minutes. I don’t often take the time to review things, but this one definitely warranted a good one!

Great experience!

My family had a great experience staying at this property. There were 12 of us but we had plenty of room. The beach is just a short walk from the home. John is also extremely responsive and professional, so he'll make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommended!

All Around 10/10 - Host, House & Location

Great location! Only a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance from all types of restaurants and coffee. Very clean and plenty of room for larger groups. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Loved that they provided beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart & umbrellas Host was very accommodating and attentive. Definitely will be our place for future OCMD trips!

Great place for a family vacation

Our group was 10 adults and 2 children. The place is very spacious, especially the main living area (kitchen and family room). Where we were all able to hang out and enjoy family time. The outside deck on this level was great! The whole house is very spacious and clean! Great bonus having the beach chairs and the beach toys for the kids, not to mention the beach cart to transport everything to the beach. Great location too, will definitely be returning! John is a very responsive host to any questions you may have. Great trip all around!

Great place for a group

We had 5 adults and 7 teens and it worked well for us. Plenty of space for sleeping, air beds, plus 3 showers and a 1/2 bath. Location was fantastic, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. CVS is across the way not to mention Starbucks snd Dunkin around the corner. Quick walk to the beach. Garage is also spacious. Clean and practical!

Great Stay!

John’s place was exactly as advertised. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all very spacious and more than enough space for 8 adults. Everything was very clean and we were only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Will stay here again for sure!

All Around AMAZING

We were able to stay at this beautiful condo during a business trip & it was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The condo was fully stocked and had a ton of space. Beautiful decor and furnishings, super comfy couch & beds. I could go on and on. Best of all, the location! One block from the boardwalk and tons of options for food, fun, and activities. We will definitely be back! Thanks John!

Great stay!

Great stay with the family in OC. We had so much fun this past week at John's townhouse. He was very responsive throughout the process. Everything was as described in the listing ~ 5 Stars! The place was very spacious and clean. We have smaller children, so it was nice to be able to walk right to the boardwalk. Added bonus - Starbucks was across the street! We will definitely stay again!

Amazing location and garage parking!!!!

We came down for a quick stay to enjoy spring break with the kids. We had a blast! The place was within walking distance to everything we needed. Literally, the Starbucks is right out the door and an awesome breakfast place called Layton’s across the street. Clean and very large place, and a great location ~ 5 Stars! We will be planning our summer vacation here for sure!!

Spring break get away

We took our family and the in-laws down to Ocean City for a quick getaway for the kids' spring break. We had an awesome time and this place checked "The 3 C's" - Clean, Cozy, and Convenient. The townhouse felt like home. All the comforts of home and plenty of space for the entire family to stretch out. Everything was within walking distance. We were able to walk to Fish Tales where the kids played on the playground. There is putt putt a couple blocks down, and several food/bars/restaurants surrounding the area. The bonus was there is a Starbucks and Dunkin within 1-2 blocks of the place!! We had a great time and John was always ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again. 5 stars all around!

Magnificent Location; Beautiful Home

Our stay was absolutely amazing! First, the location! You can’t get any better than this. One block from the boardwalk and all your necessities within walking distance (Layton’s breakfast across the street, Starbucks one block down, CVS across the street, etc.) This condo is super spacious; 2 car garage with code access on private street, 3 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plenty of storage space, and a ginormous kitchen. In-home laundry was a huge plus on trip with our 2 children, and access to a variety of beach chairs and toys. Beds were super comfortable. Pull out couch was fun for the kids. And the balcony was personally my favorite spot in the whole place. John was very attentive and answered all questions I had. We will definitely be back for another stay! Thanks again John-

I always thought how cool it would be to have a place at the beach. I wanted that reality for my family, so we made my dream a reality. Now we would like to share our joy and house with others so their children can enjoy the same vacations I used to take as a child.
