Residing on the entry level of Bay Spot is an open great room allowing ample space for the whole crew to come together. The room is outfitted with cortex flooring and the latest coastal furnishings as well as a TV. Off of the great room, one will find Bedroom #1 which is furnished with with two queen beds and showcases a private on-suite bath that contains a custom-tiled shower stall. One has direct access to the covered backyard porch from Bedroom #1. The mudroom area off of the central hallway on this level features a stackable washer and dryer and half bathroom while also granting a back entrance.

For a gourmet experience, head up to the second level of the home and gather around the dining table all while enjoying sweeping water views. The well equipped kitchen features cortex floors, quartz countertops, a center island with seating, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash. An additional sitting area accents the dining room and kitchen as well as a bay block deck. Unwind in one of the four bedrooms on this level. Bedroom two is furnished with a king bed while bedroom three is customized with two twin built in bunk beds. The outside of the home is just as spectacular as the home itself. The fenced in yard makes the backyard very private.
