Welcome to Dalaas in the apartment Arlberg in a quiet and sunny hillside near the forest. No through traffic. The 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. Due to the hillside location, however, it has the character of a ground floor location with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The apartment has its own access via an external staircase. A vestibule is located in front of the entrance to the apartment.
The south-facing apartment with mountain views is comfortable and modern. From the living and dining area you can access the terrace and the garden.
Car parking lot in front of the house. Separate entrance with anteroom. Storage space for skis and bicycles.
Bedroom: double bed and wardrobe. Floor laminate.
Living and dining area: space for 4 people. Extendable couch can also be used as an additional sleeping facility for both adults and children. Floor marble.
Central heating: Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas as well as in the bathroom.
Separate kitchen: sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Bed linen (duvets allergy-friendly) and towels available.
Bathroom: bath / shower tub. Sink, toilet. Satellite TV (flat screen with radio function). sauna

In the winter
• The Sonnenkopf family ski area can be reached in a few minutes
• Arlberg ski area: entry from Stuben after about ten minutes by car

Jeden Gast schreibe ich ca. 4 Wochen vor der Anreise persönlich an mit der Bitte um Mitteilung der persönlichen Daten für die Gästeanmeldung bei der Gemeinde Dalaas. Dabei weise ich darauf hin, dass die Anmeldung online erfolgt, da wir unseren Wohnsitz in Deutschland haben. Bei dieser Vorgehensweise gab es noch nie Probleme. Ich bedaure, dass Herr Maurath, davon aus ging, dass ich als Vermieter vor Ort anwesend sein werde.

Dalaas ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr klein aber gut aufgeteilt. Für uns zu Dritt ausreichend. Ein bisschen umständlich war die Fahrt zum nächsten Lift daher haben wir statt des Skibusses den Pkw bevorzugt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind vorhanden. Wir hatten super tollen Schnee und viel Spaß.

Nette kleine, saubere und moderne Wohnung.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war sehr nett. Leider war der Weg zum Skibus etwas zu weit, so dass wir jeden Tag mit dem Auto ins Skigebiet gefahren sind. Aber ansonsten alles prima :)

Hallo Herr Flajs, vielen Dank für die super Bewertung. Wir werden weiterhin bemüht sein, den bisherigen Standard zu halten und das Eine und Andere zu verbessern bzw. zu ergänzen. Beispielsweise haben wir inzwischen im Saunabereich bei der Dusche einen Vorhang als Sichtschutz angebracht. Ja, wir sehen das genauso wie Sie: Der Weg zum Skibus ist zu lang, vor allem wenn man mit Skischuhen gehen muss. Wir haben dieses Problem familienintern schon mehrfach diskutiert. Abhilfe könnten die Einführung von Kleinbussen (Shuttle-Busse) schaffen (wenigstens im Winter), welche die etwas weiter abgelegenen Wohngebiete anfahren und die Gäste abholen und wieder zurück bringen. Damit ließen sich die Wegstrecken gut um die Hälfte reduzieren. Wir werden das Klostertal Tourismus vorschlagen. Viele Grüße Walter Schneider

Klein aber fein!

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Skiurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, bietet aber alles was man für ein paar Urlaubstage braucht. Einzig WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen, ansonsten alles bestens. Supermarkt und Skibus in ca. 10min zu Fußerreichbar, Fahrt ca. 10 min zum Sonnenkopf-Skigebiet, 20min bis zum Arlberg.
