Gorgeous and authentic villa in Puglia near the sea in the countryside of Locorotondo, 2 km far from the centre and 15 km from the beaches. The villa may welcome up to 5 guests with two comfortable bedrooms.

Totally and recently renovated with conservative & typical local criteria. Trulli stands in a so quiet and panoramic position and are granted a totally silent and relaxing Apulia's countryside style holiday!
An ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or a romantic honeymoon in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Martina Franca, Monopoli and Ostuni.

The trullo is composed by a living area with TV, a first large matrimonial bedroom; a second bedroom with three single beds (two single beds joinable if necessary), bathroom with large walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and wc and the kitchen is situated in main part of the trullo in one of the four alcoves in the dining area, complete with cooking equipment, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and microwave oven.
Outside the trullo is a shaded ample terrace with patio furniture, sunbeds and barbecue.

Lies only 8 kms from the centre of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling.

Second Time As Good As First!

This was our second stay at this beautiful trullo. We were joined by two additional friends and they were as amazed at the accommodations as we were when we stayed last year. This trullo is spotlessly clean. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and comfortable. The outdoor area is as relaxing and restful as inside. The trullo is fully equipped and within very close proximity to Locorotondo and other hill towns. There is a well stocked food market that is minutes away. Having your own car does make transportation the easiest option. We would highly recommend this property for your vacation in Puglia.

This property is excellent. We have stayed at this trulli several times and would stay again and again anytime we visit Puglia. The property is immaculate inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that we could have needed. Roberto checked us in and out and was available for any question that we might have had or help that we needed. The owner, Anna, was also very responsive to our questions prior to our visit.We jvery much like staying at this property. A car is needed but the location is excellent. It is a quiet, well-kept area with lovely homes and other trulli houses. It is just a few minutes drive to Locorotondo. Other nearby towns are Alberobello, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Fasano and other beautiful hill towns. Beach towns are a short distance.
Very comfortable home away from home.

Lovely Property on the outskirts of the town of Locorotondo

This property is a hidden gem in the Locorotondo area. My friend and I spend five nights here at the end of September. It is in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the main road, the town of Locorotondo, restaurants and a food market. It is beautiful with well maintained grounds in a lovely setting and includes off-street parking. Giovanni was there to greet us, sign us in and provide information. He lives close by if help is needed. The building is very well maintained and well managed. It consists of a dining area, a lovely kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a living room, both with TVs. The remaining part of the house (which was probably original) contains the trullo with an entry way and includes a bathroom and shower along with a washing machine and two well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms. It is spotlessly clean. We loved coming back at the end of the day and sitting in the patio area on the outdoor furniture, under a canopy, with a glass of wine and enjoying the garden area. Prior to our stay, I messaged the owner several times with questions and she always responded within hours. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in the Locorotondo area and would love to return someday.

Un trullo (quasi) perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo trullo con la nostra bimba di sei anni, durante la terza settimana di luglio. Nonostante un errore online nella dotazione dell'appartamento, siamo rimasti molto contenti della struttura, più grande rispetto ad altri trulli, ma non eccessivamente dispersiva. La cucina è fornita di ogni comfort, così come il bagno, con comodo box doccia e lavatrice. Il giardino è incastonato tra i campi di ulivo ed è uno spazio delizioso da vivere, durante i pasti o anche solo per godere del panorama circostante. L'unica nota dolente riguarda le camere da letto: seppur bellissime, non essendoci aria climatizzata, sono calde, particolarmente nei giorni di bolla africana. Per migliorare la situazione, suggeriremmo di dotare le stanze di un paio di ventilatori più efficaci e silenziosi rispetto a quelli presenti e anche di un piccolo deumidificatore portatile, che migliorerebbe la situazione. Detto questo, abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana, assistiti nel migliore dei modi anche da Roberto, l'host locale, gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile, anche nell'indicarci luoghi e situazioni tipiche della zona. Ci piacerebbe tornare...

Wunderschöne Trulli-Unterkunft

Dieses großzügige Trullo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage nahe dem bezaubernden Locorotondo ist perfekt für Besuche vieler schöner Orte in der Nähe und auch für Tage an einem der kleinen Strände zwischen Monopoli und Ostuni. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier herkommen.

Toller Aufenthalt im Trulli-Haus

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus - urig, aber mit modernem Komfort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber man ist auch in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, wo man gut essen kann. Der Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. so hat man alle Optionen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in Trulli-Häusern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und auch mit dem Herrn vor Ort. Sehr gerne wieder!
