The entire non-smoking apartment has floors made of high-quality, sand-colored porcelain stoneware (tiles) and is fully equipped with underfloor heating (controllable per room) , Cold feet have no chance even during the cold season.   The 1 m wide room doors (except bathroom en suite) of this apartment are wheelchair-suitable.   A DSL Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.   In the spacious and light-filled living and dining area you will find a comfortable cognac-colored leather sofa, a matching leather armchair, a display cabinet, a wall-mounted 50-inch Full HD flat screen (excl.
