Dream villa for a nice family & friends holliday

We really enjoyed our 10 days in this house with 4 adults and 5 kids. Nice location, nice house, nice view and a large and beautiful pool. Highly recommend this for everybody that wants to enjoy the south-east of Mallorca.

We had a lovely stay at this villa and the size was perfect. It did however get very warm and the fans helped slightly. It was also a long walk from town (we didnt have a car- our own fault), so make sure you have a car!

Wir haben im großen und ganzen unseren Urlaub genossen. Trotz guter Kommunikation mit fewo haben es der Poolservice nicht hinbekommen den Pool algenfrei zu säubern. Wir konnten die letzten beiden Tage den Pool nicht nutzen. Da ist das letzte Wort auch noch nicht gesprochen.

Sehr schöne Finca

Vom einfachen Check-in bis zur Abreise lief alles super mit dem Vermieter. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Finca hat sehr gut gelegen in Strandnähe. Weiterhin hat es an nichts gefehlt in der Finca.

Schöner Familienurlaub in grosszügigem Haus

Das Haus ist sehr weiträumig und steht auf einem sehr grossen Grundstück. Der Pool war im Dauerbetrieb trotz der Ende Oktober schon etwas frischeren Temperaturen. Die Einrichtung ist grosszügig - es ist reichlich Platz und die Einrichtung ist komplett. Wir hatten also einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Strände im Westen waren mit Seegras voll, im Osten die Buchten sehr schön .. bis der grosse Regen die meisten Buchten gebräunt und verwüstet hat. hat. Modrago war aber immer noch gut. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

100% zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool war ein Traum, riesengroß und sauber. Das ganze Haus hatte mehr als genug Platz für 8 Personen, ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und trotzdem ist alles Nötige in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wie in anderen Reviews beschrieben ist die Einrichtung schon etwas älter, aber alles war top gepflegt und sauber, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen waren die vielen Mücken (wir waren in den Herbstferien da), also ggf.Mückenschutz nicht vergessen!

Wir haben im August 2024 dieses Haus für unseren Sommerurlaub mit 9 Personen (von Kind 9 bis Großmutter 80) gewählt, Im EG haben wir das „Elternschlafzimmer“ mit Bad auserwählt. Der Rest der Familie und Freunde waren im OG (2+2+3). Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (vom Gasgrill über Pfannengrill, guten Liegen etc.). Der Pool ist besonders groß und das Servicepersonal hat Pool und Außenanlage häufig und gut gewartet. Unser Hund hatte Freude auf dem riesigen eingezäuntem Grundstück. Der wundervolle Strand liegt ca. 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Pool ist größer als erwartet. Hier konnten wir jeden Tag tatsächlich unsere Bahnen schwimmen. Sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet ( wir hatten unsere 8 Monate alte Tochter dabei). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und bei Windstille nicht ausreichend quer gelüftet werden kann. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn eine Klimaanlage nachgerüstet wird. Ansonsten alles top!

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hatten uns direkt zur Anreise eine süße Karte geschrieben mit der wir herzlichst empfangen wurden. Die Villa war in einem sauberen Zustand aufzufinden und hatte reichlich Platz zur Verfügung. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen, es gab einen Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Geschirrspüler sowie reichlich Gewürze in der Küche. Unseres Erachtens deutlich mehr als der Standard zu bieten hat. Trotz eines kleines Malheurs unsererseits waren unsere Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar und haben schnell Unterstützung angeboten. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, da das Geschirr bei Einzug leider nicht ganz sauber war (Gläser und Besteck waren leicht verschmutzt) Wir konnten dieses jedoch durch die vorhandene Spülmaschine schnell reinigen. Ruhige Lage, großes Gelände, sauberer Pool. Der Pool wurde bei uns durch Fachpersonal gereinigt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus mit dem Grundstück und Pool ist perfekt für einen Urlaub. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (6+13) und 2 kleine Hunde. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist riesig und einfach nur genial. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über immer eine Position am Pool, der verschattet ist. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man muss nur Lebensmittel einkaufen und kann dann "wohnen". Ok, es wird bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur schon ziemlich warm im Haus, dafür stehen aber in jedem Schlafraum Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!!

Fincaurlaub mit Familie

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, man konnte tun und lassen wie man wollte. der Enkel genoss dies in vollen Zügen. Die Einrichtung war komplett ausgestatett. Leider gabe es keine Übergabe und Einweisung vor Ort, ebenso nicht bei der Abreise. Das war Schade. Zum Beipiel der Pool: supersschön und groß, leider ging die große Spaßpumpe und die Gegenstromanlage nicht?? Der Pool hätte auch mal zwischendurch gereinigt werden müßen. Haben wir dann selbst gemacht mit Hilfe der Poolreinigungsmaschine. Aber sonst war das Wasser immer angenehm sauber und frisch zubereitet. Die Betten waren sauber und die Matrazen ok. Insgesamt können wir die Finca durchaus weiter empfehlen. Ideal für Familien und kleine Gruppen. Besten Dank

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Es ist perfekt gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Strandbesuche, Sport und Entspannung. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Wir können das Haus mit Sicherheit empfehlen.

Einsame Spitze!

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus entspricht genau dem, wie es in der Anzeige dargestellt wird. Vor Ort hatten wir keine Beanstandungen. Es ist nach einer Reise im Jahr 2020 unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus und wir waren erstaunt, welch Mühe man sich permanent gibt mit dem Objekt. Die tollen neuen Duschen, die Sitzgruppen vor dem Haus und auf der Terrasse. Alles ist funktionstüchtig. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Kommen wieder! Definitiv! Jacqueline & Jens

Sehr ruhiges schönes Haus

Alles hat super geklappt. Als wir an der Villa angekommen sind hat Herr Anderson schon auf uns gewartet und er hat uns alles gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Zimmer waren ebenfalls gut hergerichtet. Der Pool war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Wunderbare große Finca

Die Finca ist großartig. Sehr geräumig, super großer Pool, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Mit acht Leuten hatten wir viel Raum. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich prima u ist immer ansprechbar, die Vermieter antworten ebenfalls umgehend auf Fragen per E-Mail.Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Eine Finca, von der wir noch lange träumen werden

Wir haben uns nach Wegfall der Reisewarnung für das Haus Residencia Isla Cabrera entschieden und haben unseren Urlaub voll und ganz genossen! Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen, absolut ruhig aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Strand, Einkaufen und Bars/Restaurants entfernt. Der Pool war zwar jetzt im April noch etwas frisch, aber wir konnten nicht widerstehen, einfach herrlich! Das Haus hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, zwar ist das Mobiliar eher einfach/rustikal, aber völlig in Ordnung und vor allem alles sauber! Das Wasser fließt etwas langsamer aus dem Hahn, aber so what! Wir haben vor allem auch die Abende auf der Terrase sehr genossen, der Blick runter aufs erleuchtete Colonia, einfach super! Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen, es ist sowohl für eine Familie (oder auch 2) als auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden absolut geeignet. Aus unserer Sicht war das Haus preislich (wenn man die Gebühr für FeWo rausrechnet) mehr als fair! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Familie H. und den hilfsbereiten Hausmeister M., der uns super freundlich begrüsst hat! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Euch!!!!!!!!! Disappointed

The house has a great potential but: BAD: - NO AC AND NO MOSQUITO NETS. We were there in august, nights were 28 degrees (outside), we had ventilators but it wasn't enough to spend quality nights. We had to choose between openned windows for some "fresh" air but deal with mosquitos and morning lights or closed windows with noisy fans on max speed. - despite comments from previous visitors, the fridge is still useless and doesn't cool properly. Clearly not well-sized for 9 persons. - kitchen is ok, but could be much better with simple things: better cutlery, oven and proper fridge. - dishwasher gives electrical shocks when you open it barefooted. - toilets are not flushing properly and you have to wait 5 mins for an extra flush. - 3rd bathrooms could be a fake news, it is in reality a dark basement laundry room with unused shower cabin and toilet. - "sea view" is pretty partial, sea is 1km away, and view is partial from the second floor mainly. - many doors are scratching the floor or the frame when closing and turn any movement quite noisy. - some windows and window stores are not functional. - gardens and "green" areas not really maintained. Weather in Mallorca is tough and dry, but in this case gardens looked more abandoned than anything. GOOD: - the pool big and nice. Even if spa sets are not working. - house is spacious. Globally, the house is not bad but owners should refresh it, review the description and pay attention to comments if they want to keep renting it at this price. We were 5 adults and 1 kid during 10 nights.

Wunderbar

Eine grosse, saubere, wunderschöne Finca! Es gab alles in der Finca was man braucht, Saubere schöne Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Küche Utensilien, riesigen Pool, Gasgrill, Liegestuhle, Garten, Parkplatz und und und... Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und flexibel, hat immer auf alle Nachrichten reagiert und alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir sind Mega begeistert und werden die Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen! La nevera habría que cambiarla. No enfría bien. Faltan espejos en los baños de la primera planta. El anuncio de la casa decía que tenía tres baños y solo tenía dos. También el anuncio hablaba de que tenía un sótano maravilloso y fresquito y al llegar nos dijeron que no se podía utilizar. El chorro de la piscina que anunciaban no funcionaba. A pesar de todo ello, la casa estaba muy bien y era muy agradable
