TOP **** Apartment in the countryside, and yet close to the small town Grafing.
The very beautiful, sunny, spacious and renovated apartment is surrounded by fields and meadows, on the eastern outskirts of Grafing (Engerloh) with unobstructed views of the Alps and good transport links.
The apartment (80 m² for up to 4 persons) was re-classified in 2018 by DTV (German Tourist Board) and awarded 4 stars, with an occupancy of 2 persons. Beautiful sun terrace - Separate new solid wood bedroom - beautiful, spacious bathroom - Non smoking apartment - no pets.
The apartment is located directly on the Isar-Inn-Panorama-Radweg. In just 15 minutes you can walk to the historic center with its shops, cafes and restaurants. The heated outdoor pool is a 10-minute walk. Close to the forest, walking and cycling paths in front of the house. Numerous recreational opportunities for families.

A wonderfull and perfect place, excellent!

We went for 6 days to this beautiful place in COVID time. A wonderfull and warm welcome from the owners. A perfect clean and beautiful house. Enough space inside the house and outside in the garden. Everything you need you will find at this house. A very beautiful garden with loveley different corners to enjoy the sun or shadow. Beautiful, well kept apartment

We were made to feel very welcome immediately on arrival. The apartment is very tastefully decorated in an authentic regional style. The apartment contained everything we needed and our hosts took the time to explain the local public transport options and recommended places in the area to visit. They were very happy to answer all of our questions. With easy access to both Munich and Salzburg, we would recommend this apartment as a peaceful and relaxing base from which to explore the region. The local town of Grafing contains lots of shops and a pleasant and well stocked REWE supermarket which contains everything you need to purchase for a wonderful holiday if you prefer not to venture far. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Beieren ontdekken

We kozen deze locatie voor de ligging. Het is inderdaad een perfecte plaats om kennis te maken met München en dit deel van Beieren. Het vakantiehuis is uitstekend ingericht, gezellig en voorzien van alle denkbaar comfort. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn zeer hartelijk en behulpzaam. Groot pluspunt is de aanwezigheid van een 11 kW laadpaal.

Wie wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand, sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Vorort. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Einfach genial und total schön

Wir würden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und flexibel würde sich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön man fühlt sich sofort angenommen und es gibt alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung und die Besitzer sind total lieb und nett. Wir würden sehr verwöhnt und werden auf jedem Fall wiederkommen und können allen nur diese Pension empfehlen
